Heey so i read somewhere that Sara and Jacob have been married for 4 years. So that means that when they showed us 4 years later in 4x22 they were already married and it doesn't make any sense. Also Sarah told Lincoln she hadn't seen him since the wedding or something but in that episode they seemed pretty chill to one another so what do you think?

i think we shouldn’t think too much about the timeline of the show, honestly. it’s already completely screwed up since they changed the date of michael’s death, and it’s pretty much been screwed up as long as the show ran anyway. but i don’t think she was already remarried during the four years later scene, i think that came later. also, i never saw where it said how long sara and jacob had been married. i assumed it was sometime after michael got abandoned in ogygia. which would mean they had been married about four years, but not exactly. 

as far as linc goes, she didn’t say she hadn’t seen him since the wedding, just that he didn’t show up. jacob is the one who says he hasn’t seen him in 3 or 4 years. so who knows. sara might have seen him with mike without jacob around. but i feel like their relationship is probably very much like the relationship i have with my uncle. i might not see him except once every two years or so, but when i do see him, we’re able to pick up pretty comfortably and chat about things. sara and linc were never particularly close through the show, even though i imagine they did grow closer after the final break, but i still think they probably kept to themselves a lot too.
