@sainttheosylas​ ah, im basing it on scottish art colleges + universities (they’re kinda merged in the fic, like at dundee and edinburgh) so theyre different things from the US , liek colleges are a different thing i think. and so fees would be paid for by the government and then there might be loans (you dont need to pay these back if you dont make enough money over however many years, like my dad recently got his fees dropped) and cad is low income enough to get bursary too which you dont have to pay back , so financially he is okie 👍 i was thinking more about qualifications .. its not super important details but its good to think about and i think i figured it out , at least the basics i need so thats ok :-3
