Morrowind really took a few days to get comfortable with but honestly it’s so fun once you do?? I can see why people enjoy it. It has so much just straight up weirdness and a million factions to join and stuff. You can tell Bethesda or whoever embraced the weird with this game, and then oblivion sorta streamlined it and made it more lord of the rings, then skyrim made it fully unstoppable. That threat wasn’t supposed to come out. Her bitter look runs cold when his gets angry. He doesn’t lash out like she expects, instead just pressing his fingers into his temples, “I’m letting that slide, because no, you won’t. It’s complicated, you wouldn’t understand.” 

What a dick, this isn’t real life, she’s died. She’ll understand,“So it’s not a command then? You lied, twice.” 

“Fucking- yeah, I did. I can’t-” He cuts himself off with a growl, “It’s just complicated, Sam still gets the same damn treatment as the rest of them.”

He’s lied twice, so she can’t let herself believe Sam is just like any other survivor. She’d pushed Brinley away from Jed, not the other way around. Maybe Brin’s reading too much into it, but that moment, it hurt. Not because she fell, but because she’d rushed in to protect the redhead and the redhead took Jed’s side.

It couldn’t have been that, though. Sam doesn’t know what’s happened, that whole situation was chaos, it was just a mistake. She was protecting Brin, not getting her off Jed. Right?
