having to take care of you during a mission all the while cursing victor for sending you on such a dangerous task. what if you die? fuck. of course, he won't let that happen. but he's so mad, and his eyes are narrowed, and the cigarette is stomped on by his foot.

he wants to help you and hates it when you cry. those tears shouldn't come out of your eyes, damn it! he thinks. the businessman wears that sadistic grin and tells you that “you are in my debt, princess” but he doesn't want anything in return. nothing other than you giving him a kiss or looking at him with the smile you were giving ellis earlier.

Familiar backgrounds

I noticed some quite familiar backgrounds in Ikevil. This is not new… Cybird often uses the same backgrounds from game to game, but it was only in this game that I've got an idea.

The first… On Harrison's route, we can see Sariel's office from IkePri

Just to compare a screenshot from Silvio's route… It's the same room. And in the Ikevil, some lord or minister (with a very peculiar idea of how this world should be) works in this office. So basically, it's an evil version of Serial. For some reason, I can easily picture it.

And on William's route… This is the entrance to Faust's basement from IkeVamp.

And again, for comparison… This is from Faust's route. And in Ikevil, they make drugs in this basement… Again, I can easily imagine Faust doing so if the situation were a bit different.

These characters are made for Villains! They are wasting their time in other games.

No one was expecting that the medicine Roger gave her would have this effect on her. He had first wanted to give it to Liam, but he wasn't present. Roger's second option was Ellis... who was also not in the castle.

It was something he had created himself. Roger had full faith that the medicine had the ability to heal a person quicker. A flu, migraine, anything else? You were gonna feel fine in no time (okay, somewhat of an exaggeration). That's when he heard that Kate was feeling unwell and... yes.

"Oh? Who is this beautiful young man...?" Kate's eyes were fixed on William as soon as he entered the infirmary.

He smiled at his lover and gave Roger a look.

"Ah, right. She will be fine in a day. Seems like I made a mistake with the medicine."

William nodded his head, the smile still on his face, and he went closer to Kate.

"Hello, Kate. How are you feeling?"

She giggled. "Great! Now that I have seen such a handsome guy. What's your name?"

He laughed, realizing that she was having troubling remembering him. Ah, it was somewhat sad. They were meant to go on a date but...

"William Rex at your service. So, Kate..."

Her big eyes were staring at him the entire time, and a goofy smile was on her face.

"Your eyes are telling me that you like me. Will you give me your time and spend the day with me?"

She gasped and quickly stood up, moving towards the stairs. "YES! What are you waiting for, pretty guy? Let's go! This feels like a dream - it must be - but I won't let my chance slip."

William laughed again and went after her. Roger cleared his throat. Well, that was interesting...

In the parlour:

Kate stared at everyone present in the room. Her face showed it clearly that she didn't remember any of them. Harrison and Liam were sitting and having a talk when they stopped to look at Kate.

"Woah, Katie! What happened?" Liam asked.

"Katie?" She asked, "You know me?"

"Will! What's wrong with her?" Liam looked crestfallen.

The red-eyed man laughed and shook his head. "She will be fine in a day, Liam. Don't worry."

Harrison chuckled. "You look like you are in a trance."

Kate nodded her head, suddenly very serious. "There are too many pretty boys here," she looked at William, "but I think you are the only one for me."

Harrison's eyes went wide, and Liam choked on his own spit.

"HUH?!" Liam let out.

"Damn... she's still in love with you despite her 'temporary case of amnesia'". Harry's voice was full of amusement.

William was biting back a laugh as he followed behind Kate, who was running towards the kitchen. She looked like a little child on a sugar rush.

In the kitchen:

"Oh! Pretty guy with long hair!" Her first instinct was to touch Victor's hair. The Queen's Aide was beaming at her.

"Aww! You flatter me, Miss Kate!"

William raised an eyebrow at his old friend, smile not faltering. "She's still mine, Victor."

"Aww, shucks. Kate you are just so cute!!! Would you like this fresh scone I made?"

"Ooooh! Yes, please."

And Kate was given a plate full of scones by Victor...

In the dining hall:

"Oh, hello, Kate!" Ellis warmly smiled at her. "Is there something wrong?"

"Ohhhh, pretty boy number four. I am fine. It's a weird medicine, and I think I have a memory loss, and I feel weird. But I am fine." She looked at Jude, "You look like a gang boss."

"Tch. Yeah, gon' make your ass go bankrupt."

"Haha, okay." Kate laughed.

Jude's brows were furrowed. He didn't even want to ask any questions.

"Come on, Will! Let's go outside!" She smiled at him. A smile that always had him weak.

"After you, my lady."

In the garden:

"You look really beautiful." Kate told Elbert.

"Oh... thank you. Al, am I beautiful?"

"Yes, of course... what kind of ideas are you having?"

"... nothing."

Kate took William's hand. "Hey... I am feeling dizzy."

He carried his lover to her room.

"Hmm... I still don't remember much." She told him. "My heart starts beating super fast when I look at you, though."

"Hmm? Really?"

"Yes. You have such pretty eyes... your hair looks so smooth, and you smell divine. Hmm, Will?"

"Yes, my love?"

"Can I borrow your cape...? It's cold."

He laughed. "Of course."

It looked better on her than it did on him. William wondered how she would look if she wore his clothes. Hmm, adorable. But first, he had to make sure his lover would feel normal again.

hi hi! ive been thinking about the ikevil suitors with a teen mc (14-16)? I guess you could see this as "what if the ikevil suitors encountered a younger mc instead of kate?". a younger mc who's said to be mature for their age could probably spark interesting dynamics with the gang. in a nutshell I'd like to see some hcs w/ all the ikevil with a younger mc! also no need to worry about including possible spoilers from the story. (found family perhaps :D)

She’s very confident and bold, at times reckless

She takes absolutely 0 shit from anyone and I imagine that she may have been living on the streets, stealing something from the mansion when she discovered the Crown.

Dad Energy:

Victor, William, Roger

Go out of their way to make sure the only missions she goes on are ones with minimal risk.

100% would give her a piggyback ride if she gets tired or hurt (especially Roger)

Always willing to listen to her stories and love hearing her talk about things she’s passionate about

Victor is unable to stop making dad jokes, he tried, he physically cannot restrain himself.

Will not admit he likes having her there. He will go out of his way to express how much he despises having her there but everyone (but MC) knows he finds her smart-ass mouth entertaining- no one else usually fights back with him like that.

Hates having her on missions, she never listens to him, ends up getting into trouble and he gets blamed for it when they get back

She generally tries to avoid him but does enjoy getting under his skin if she’s forced to be in the same place/ on the same mission as him.

"Quit your yappin' already. You don't want to see me mad,"

"Oh, I definitely wish to see the 'foul-mouthed', 'evil' Mister Jude get mad. It will certainly be entertaining to see a child throw a tantrum for his favourite toy," You mock teasingly, causing an irk to rise from Jude's forehead.

Ellis intervenes, hopefully before his contractor decides to put a hole in your head, "Should we get going, Mister Jude? We need to leave now so we can get to the company on time for the meeting,"

"..." Jude pauses for a moment before ultimately letting out a sigh, "Fine, let's get this shit over with. I had enough to deal with today, I'm already in a foul mood because of this ugly, scrawny dimwit,"

"I'm not a mirror, Mister Jude," You retort with a giggle, catching the way his features tensed up for a second before maintaining his cool.

This was always a thing between you and Jude. You'd like to say he started it by being the Emperor Ass that he is, but you have to admit you caused this situation to rise a little bit.

From talking back to him to openly defending Victor in the petty squabbles those two have, no matter how much in the wrong Victor is, but you digress.

You could say you were enemies. Everyone would notice the tension build up when both of you are in the same room together, but despite this, you admired his ability to take control of the room with ease, especially in a well-known trading company. But you'd never admit that.

But there was one incident you would never be able to forget...

"I'm not interested. Please leave," You were waiting for Harrison in a pub as this was the place he usually be at around this time. He did mention that he may be a few minutes late, which wasn't a problem. Well, until that drunkard tried to score you.

The man wasn't having it, grabbing your arm and pulling you off your seat. "Aaah, come on! I can show you a good time~ I'm sure whatever man you're with now can't pleasure you the way I can!"

You tried to pull your arm away from his grip, grunting as he cackles at your failed attempt. Apparently, being drunk gave him super strength.

You look around desperately at the other people at the bar as a desperate plea for help, to which they all avoided their eyes. Well, you certainly aren't going to be coming to this pub in the future.

He drags you out of the pub, and his sloppy movements cause you to lug around poorly, sometimes tripping on your own feet. You pray to find Harrison walking to the pub, but alas, he was later than usual.

The drunkard continues on, throwing you against the wall of an abandoned alleyway, holding you in place with his foot pressed up against your stomach.

The sudden impact made you yell in pain, toppling over if it wasn't for his leg in the way. "Stop being so loud... do I have to teach you to be obedient?"

"Maybe when you fixed that rugged look of yours and get a decent life, maybe then you can think that you can control me, you utter idiot,"

"You..." He mutters, teeth gritted as he kicks your stomach again, harder than the last time. "You're just like your boyfriend, huh. A foul-mouthed rat who should be better on the streets,"

"What... boyfriend...?" You try and muster the courage to ask.

The drunkard was irked at your question, "That bitch of the trading company. Seeing his girlfriend suffer like this will make him pay... maybe I should kill you for revenge!"

So he hurt you because he thought you were associated with Jude, huh? Maybe you shouldn't go near him anymore if you even survive.

Suddenly, the man was on the floor unconsious, leaving you free. Before you could land on the floor, strong arms held you up. "Mister Jude, she’s injured,"

"She’s fine," Jude dismisses almost immediately, watching you with a small glimmer of pity as he sees you clutch your stomach in pain. "Give her to me," He orders, practically pulling you towards him to be carried.

Ellis stands up from his crouched position, "Are you sure?" He does not answer, simply walking away from each passing second, not realising the soft breaths coming from your sleeping form.

You woke up the next day, Roger said you were fine but advised you to stay in bed for, the next few says until you feel 100% better for you to walk around with no abdominal pain.

Harrison apologised for leaving you alone in a pub, hoping to make it up to you. Ellis visits you every day, asking you the same question, "Are you okay?" before making small talk and leaving.

Today, you finally decided to ask why he asked you the same question, to which he replied: "Mister Jude ordered me to check in every day to see if you were alright. I think he felt bad because you got hurt because of him,"

"Oh..."

"He's in his room right now. I can take you there if it makes you happy,"

"Thank you, Ellis,"

With a knock on his door, you enter, not bothering to wait for his response. After all, you would have come in even if he said no.

His eyes look uo to find yours, in a small shock. His expression immediately turns back to his normal, grumpy façade. "What do you want?"

"You know, if you wanted to know how I was doing, you could have just come to me yourself,"

He turns away, mindlessly sorting through papers scattered on his bed. "I wasn't worried. If you died, I would not hear the end of it from the Queen. Besides, yer fine. You were just on bed rest because Mother Roger wouldn't stoo yappin'"

"But why bother asking Ellis to ask me how I'm doing if you knew I was alright?" You close the door behind you, making your way to his bed, sitting down on the edge of it.

Jude pauses for a moment, trying to come up with a structured answer, which would make you go asay the fastest, "Because I was worried for yer stupid ass. That fatass won't hurt you again, I've made sure of it. So don't worry about shit, alright?"

You giggle at his tsundere side, leaning over to gove him a wick peck on the cheek. "Well, thanks for saving me, back there. Who knows what would have happened," You stand up from your seat, making you way to the door, noticing how Jude's face flushed a bright pink. "See ya around, Mister Jude~"

You can feel Ellis tensing up a little from the surprise hug, but his posture relaxes in just another second. His arms eventually find their place on your back, simply holding you there.

"Ah... it must be Jude."

It's not too hard to imagine, you're guessing, that in the center of those gloomy feelings of yours is yet another rude remark coming from the man in question. If anyone knows Jude well, it would be Ellis - and a part of you worries that you might be seeking solace in the wrong arms, but it doesn't look like Ellis would defend him instead of you just because of the contract they have... right?

"There, there... you know how Boss is. Don't listen to him..."

Your worries melt, but it's not just them - at this point your whole solid state is in danger of melting to a content, warm puddle on the ground. And that would mean slipping away from Ellis' strong arms, so you need to focus and keep your composure.

"There we go, it seems like you're calming down... I was able to hear your pulse, you know... you're like a small animal running away from a predator. It makes me want to protect you."

...And keeping calm becomes harder and harder to do, despite what Ellis says. If he hears your pulse quickening again, would he resort to hugging you extra tight, to make the "anxiety" go away...?

*staring at the ikevil anniversary gatcha as the photos change and I sigh cuz i can't get any of them* wait a fucking minute...

And I'm probably realizing this a little too late. I may be arriving late at the theorizing table. Since i have not actually kept up with the ikevil lore properly

El, Al and roger in the same gatcha - makes the most sense cuz they are from the same story

William, Harri, Liam - The Beginning route trio. Liam and William have a connection in their curses story origin. Harri isn't meant to be any specific fox but when he and liam are together they do remind of a pair like the fox and cat from Pinocchio.

Jude and Ellis have a LONG history and their curses are connected.

VICTOR IS DEATH

Admittedly, I did read a translation of victor's first birthday story but even if I didn't, it's everywhere in his character design. He is called the God of Death. He got long her dark like a grim ripper's cape. His designated emoji is 💀. His birthday cake got a scite. Is it even a secret anymore?

William and Victor are old friends. When Victor stands next to him, he is Death that follows after the cruel queen of Hearts, who screams "Off with her head!"

Now if you put him next to Jude and Ellis, my brain suddenly remembers that, actually, Falling asleep was NOT the 13th fairy's curse, technically.

This should actually be so obviously i feel fucking stupid for not noticing sooner.

And i had to look this up to check to make sure twst hasn't been rotting my brain with disney lore again but no, this part is the same. The 13th fairy's curse was that the princess will die and the 12th fairy turned it into sleeping for 100 years and then being awaken by a handsome prince . (Altho notably, the parents burn all the spindless but they do NOT send her to live somewhere else, she grows up in the palace and the prophecy is fulfilled nevertheless. A lot of guys die trying to go wake her up till the 100 years are up and the right guy finally comes along and apparently when he does, the thorns even part themselves to let him pass?? No wonder disney had to add more plotpoints)

Why the fuck is jude's superpower putting people to sleep?

Is he not the 13th fairy? Unlikely. He does get excluded and hold grudges and it's deeply engrained in his character design. And we are not getting something as sappy in this game as him being the 12th fairy actually. Nuh uh. That's not what we signed up for here.

You know what could make sense tho?

If a part of his curse is that he CAN'T kill people. Not at all. Not even in self defense. If that was why when a mission's outcome is left to him, he gets people into contracts to pay him back and when someone's gotta go, Ellis does the killing. (Correct me if I'm wrong. I'm gonna look like such a clown if someone comes and tells me I'm wrong)

Holy fuck, god (cybird) made jude and was like "yeah you're gonna get excluded and people are gonna hold grudges and want you dead but you are NOT allowed to kill them. You can put them to sleep in self defense tho"

But actually,,, it would be a little different since curses are supposed to be sorta punishment for a certain sin, right? I know Harri's deal was that he tried to look away from the truth and lied, so he got cursed to always see the truth and also lie a lot. Never tell the truth. And I vaguely know from some event that Ellis' sin was "restraint" right?

In order for this to fit, that would mean Jude's sin would have to be trying to take revenge on someone innocent (like cursing a baby for her stupid parents' mistake) and the punishment to be to have power reduced/taken away (the curse being turned from death to 100 years of sleep)

Also
