Well it’s back to yard work again, and me and Mrs S got busy on the cedar stump next to the house today. A smaller stump next to the big stump was in the way so though it took awhile, I jimmy’d that sucker out after a couple hours of excavation. Felt like we were excavating an archeological site, but in the end we got the second session of salt water solution poured in and covered it up with a tarp. It’s right next to the drainage gutter, so it’ll be fine. After my interview, we had dinner together. This was the first time we got to go out for any reason that didn’t involve her Mom. Look at that system of connecting tree roots. I was getting some dirt for our starter garden. We planted some tomatoes, some cherry tomatoes, some kyuri (Japanese cucumbers), some eggplants, some okra, some red leaf lettuce, some shishito peppers, and some red pepper. Tomorrow we’ll plant the purple potatoes and the ginger. But I still need to work on these roots. Our old living room in Downtown Culver City that I’m missing SO MUCH right now, as you can see Mrs S made our living room miniaturized for The Bear Republic, as you can see our initial starting sets. Today was a hard day, y’all. I hand sawed that stump like a champ. It took an hour and a half and I had to keep using a drill to put holes in it to make it easier because we’ll destroy it was salt solution soon. Whilst letting the drill cool here and there, I hand sawed a few more tree stumps to make them shorter for the salt solution process.
