#its hypermobility (as i knew) and amplified musculoskeletal pain syndrome (or amps)!!#im gonna start a medication tomorrow that should help w both pain and anxiety!!!#and im supposed to start stretches and physical therapy soon!#they also want me to see a therapist n stuff which . didnt go well last time but well see!!#im just. very very happy abt this :)!#me ramblings
