i was informed that apparently people think julius is homeless for whatever reason? richter didnt completely disappear for a year to not have a similar fanon
#im highly into richter being forcibly thrown into the Real World after a childhood with the church#while also being Kept dependent on them bc Belmontism#richter disappears and is just thrust into the world with nothing#this would be a really interesting way to expand on the radicalization that leads to the possession#i personally think that richter is forced to see how harmful christianity is beyond what happened to the belmonts#it would be hard for the belmonts that led up to richter to see how harmful the church is if they grew up there#espcially if they become only conditionally accepted and supported and made dependent on the church#richter is FORCED out of that- to see that the belmonts arent the only people who suffer because of the church's rule#in my made up canon the succubus also has a tragic backstory due to the church#and so her part in this is to reach out to richter and offer support and leading richter down a path of revenge#radicalizing her before the path leads to shaft..#richter at this point being so disillusioned and deep into a rebellious mindset that Drac Propaganda gets to him#i headcanon part of what dracula's ''agenda'' claims to stand for is putting an end to the church's abuse#or at least at this point in the narrative#which richter is already shown to be succeptable to ''well you see this is actually for a good cause'' (see: rondo end cutscene)#anyway#castlevania thoughts
