the writing process for the timeloop fic really is:
>make minor change
>realise change causes massive change to every other character choices due to location/interaction/scenes
>desperately pull something out of my ass to make it kinda work
>repeat
#it really highlights that im not a plot person#im using the excuse todd is bad at remembering details and keeps fucking it up#im pointing the gun hes saying pull the trigger piglet#in my defense in most timeloops its a 24hour thing not one week#oh this change will be harmless!! wait where the fuck will farah be? will amanda go with the rowdies this time? how do we get lydia to here#its all spiralling#i really need to rewatch the show just so i know everyones locations asdfghjkl;#a lot of focus was on todd and i didnt consider how much him changing shit affects everything#despite that ironically being the damn point#adventures in fic writing#hen im done with this fic im never writing anything longer than 5k#this shit is at 45k rn#i promise im still enjoying it i just ahppen to not have the braincells for it at times
