LAST TIME, ON DRAGON OF ICESPIRE PEAK! our heroes continued their exploration in the fortress of axeholm. having dealt with the last of the ghouls, our heroes set out the last foes remaining to make sure the fortress has ability. giant geckos. awkward hot tub conversation. but ultimately, our heroes wrre victorious. with the fortress now clear, our heroes set out to phandalin to deliver the good news. however, as the town appeared on the horizon, the town was attacked by the dragon cryovain, forcing the townspeople to take shelter. will our heroes be able to defeat cryovain? or will their adventures come to an end? find out…. today!

Our heroes continued their exploration of the fortress of Axeholm! Having dealt with the last of the ghouls, our heroes sought out the last foes remaining to ensure the fortress's habitability. The fights were difficult, fending off a swarm of giant geckos, an ancient and twisted banshee, and an awkward conversation in a hot tub, but ultimately, our heroes were victorious. With the fortress now clear, they set out back towards Phandalin to deliver the good news. However, as the town appeared on the horizon, Phandalin was attacked by the dragon Cryovain, forcing the townspeople to take shelter. With their paths now set towards Icespire Hold, will our heroes be able to defeat Cryovain, or will their adventures come to an end? Find out, today!

have a few issues I could really use some help with. The family car that I have been driving wasn't in my name but I was still covered on the insurance until one day I hit a mailbox with the passenger side mirror. Anyways, then a couple weeks later a different family member (not the owner) had a little bit of a bigger accident when an animal suddenly appeared in front of the car forcing another accident. The insurance cost is something like $158.00 per month but now they want the owner to add about $50 or $60 more per month EACH for the 2 people that were excluded because of the accidents.The car payment is about $415.00 per month and the insurance was $158.00 per month for just the owned which does not even drive the car at all but now they want an extra hundred per month for those 2 excluded drivers if they want to drive that car. El nuevo parque comercial “Taronja”, situado al norte de Carcaixent en el principal eje de conexión con el municipio de Alzira, ha celebrado hoy la inauguración de sus instalaciones en un acto que ha contado con la presencia del alcalde del municipio, el Señor D. Francesc Salom. El parque comercial, construido y promovido por Corpfin Capital Retail Parks, vehículo gestionado por Corpfin Capital Real Estate (CCREP), cuenta con una superficie de 4.400m2 de SBA sobre una parcela de 10.000 m2 que alberga los primeros establecimientos de Kiwoko, Worten y Burger King (con Autoking) de la población. Además, el parque ofrece más de 300 plazas de aparcamiento en superficie. Corpfin Capital Retail Parks nació con el objetivo de adquirir suelo en España, gestionar, promover y construir en él medianas superficies (Retail Parks) para el posterior arrendamiento de los activos a operadores de primer nivel. El vehículo, que cuenta con una capacidad de inversión próxima a los 45 millones de euros, refleja la apuesta de Corpfin Capital Real Estate por un nicho de mercado diferente: las medianas superficies comerciales en las grandes ciudades. Para este proyecto, Corpfin Capital Retail Parks ha destinado una inversión de 5 millones de euros, lo que supone un importante impulso para el empleo del municipio pues generará cerca de 50 puestos de trabajo directos. Ésta se convierte así en la segunda apertura y cuarta operación del vehículo, tras la inauguración del parque comercial ‘Las Moruchas’ en Ávila, en junio de 2016 (ya desinvertido), y la construcción de dos nuevos parques comerciales en Pozuelo y Alcorcón, actualmente en fase de desarrollo. Javier Basagoiti, socio y consejero delegado de Corpfin Capital Real Estate, señaló durante el acto que “la apertura de este parque comercial supone un nuevo hito para Corpfin Capital Retail Parks. Se trata de nuestra primera inversión de parque de medianas en la Comunidad Valenciana, en un municipio con un enorme potencial como Carcaixent y del que estamos convencidos nos ayudará a consolidarnos como una firma de referencia nacional en el sector”. Francesc Salom, alcalde de Carcaixent, destacó durante su intervención que la apertura del parque comercial supone una evidencia tangible de que la recuperación económica está llegando a la localidad “la construcción en esta zona había quedado totalmente paralizada durante la crisis, por lo que para nosotros que Corpfin haya decidido apostar por Carcaixent significa que tenemos potencial. Todo ello se traduce en una gran oportunidad a corto y largo plazo para la reactivación de la economía y empleo local”. “Desde Kiwoko, estamos muy contentos de formar parte de este proyecto y poder acercarnos más a todos los amantes de animales de Carcaixent. Este nuevo espacio en el Parque de Medianas ofrecerá un servicio completo para el cuidado de nuestros mejores amigos. La nueva tienda, con más de 900 metros, cuenta con una clínica veterinaria Sanitos, así como un salón de belleza y centro de adopción. Esperamos que Kiwoko pueda contribuir a satisfacer las necesidades de los consumidores de Carcaixent y a convertirlo en un referente para los amantes de los animales de la zona”, han declarado desde la compañía. La nueva tienda de Carcaixent cuenta con una superficie de 850 m2 de sala de ventas, y está equipada con el mayor surtido en tecnología, movilidad, grandes y pequeños electrodomésticos, televisores y productos de cuidado personal pensados para todos nuestros consumidores”. Por parte de Burger King, la compañía ha señalado que “nos sentimos muy satisfechos de formar parte del proyecto del Parque de Medianas desarrollado por Corpfin Capital Real Estate en Carcaixent, el cual consideramos un motor comercial de la zona. Nuestro nuevo restaurante cuenta con carril de coche, a pie de calle, y en la cabecera del Parque, facilitando un servicio de calidad.
