Mary tucks her mobile device between her cheek and her shoulder, and shifts to sit up. She sighs loudly and gets up, magazine still in one hand, and makes her way to the bathroom.

❝Ugh, I don't know. I didn't even want to look at their name...❞ She mutters.

❝But you know what pisses me off even more?❞ The echo in her voice suggests that she has indeed reached the bathroom, and Mary throws the stack of paper in the trash; dragging the metal can with her through the hall ( where she picks up a lighter ), and to the balcony─where she will light the magazine on fire, because simply throwing it away is not enough.

And it's probably better that she didn't catch the name. She knows how bitter she can get. ❝I don't care what they said about me, that wasn't even the worst part about it. And it's very clear that they didn't interview anyone. Ugh. I could kill them.❞ She really shouldn't joke about that.

They'd had enough. The media surely could spare them & let them find peace. But that's too much too expect, it seems.
