Palm wine piques my taste buds right from the moment I perceive the aroma! . Over the years, I have gained some expertise in Palm wine tasting and can distinguish between a good and adulterated wine . One of the attractions is that it improves eyesight because of the yeast content, according to my grandpa and recently by @chinonso.co . The Mbaise Palm Wine has a strong aroma and taste. It has become one of my favourites because it comes with some shades of brown brewery. The herb that gives it that brown hue is called "nche". . I will be interested in learning more from existing studies, documentaries or research in Palm wine. Hopefully, to commission one in the nearest future. Palm wine tappers (ndi dioche) should be commended for keeping this tradition. The craft is a special skill . In November, we visited a craft brewery in Abuja and I totally loved the concept. And I am thinking, why don't we get Palm wine to par? .
