In my experience, the most important thing for kids to learn is how to be responsible for themselves. And that's where you come in! We recently visited a rural school in Paliya village in Etah district, which was struggling for improvement in learning conditions and an energy-guzzling setup. The reason? They lacked the resources and funds to upgrade their existing infrastructure. So we decided to help them out by installing a rooftop solar PV system, which would provide free electricity for their classrooms and reduce carbon footprints by reducing reliance on fossil fuels. Now this school will have access to clean drinking water through a water cooler which will be installed in their school, making it easier for students to hydrate during breaks or after school. And all of this will be made possible through ISCI FOUNDATION and Essar TMT Bars CSR project, which aims at improving learning environments in rural areas through sustainable energy solutions.
