The second generation of dragons to come after the 6 Conquering Dragons, is nearly as well documented as the first, as these were the dragons seen as the starting point of the original Big 3 Dragonriding Family's origin into actually becoming dragonriders. The Big 3 originals consistent of the Royal House of Kronascre, House Black & House Kresnica, in which the royal house wedded their daughters Princess Anastazija & Princess Helenana to the lords of House Black & House Kresnica & gifted the offspring dragon eggs to hatch in their newborn's cribs. While being the second most important generation, their profiles vary greatly, as some did great deeds, while others were simply pets & egg markers.

The Dragons Hatched by House Black -

Daemamyx, who was hatched by Alfonz R. Black, Firstborn Son & later Lord of the House

Evax, who was hatched by Mirjam B. Black, Firstborn Daughter

Vallei, who was hatched by Ivana Y. Black, Secondborn Daughter

Oranžnokrilo, who was hatched by Srečko I. Black, Secondborn Son

Candifyre, who was hatched by Teoij H. Black, Thirdborn Son

The Black Family's final daughter(thirdborn) would not hatch a dragon egg, but would tame her mother's she-dragon Valrgon later in life after Anastazija's death

The Dragons Hatched by House Kresnica -

Duke, who was hatched by Ajatana F. Kresnica, Firstborn Daughter

Nerayx, who was hatched by Frančiška A. Kresnica, Secondborn Daughter

Terrax, who was hatched by Katarina C. Kresnica, Fourthborn Daughter

Sapphire, who was hatched by Lenarj W. Kresnica, Secondborn Son

The Kresnica Family would also have two children(2 daughters, their thirdborn & their fifthborn) who would not hatch a dragon egg & never bond with a dragon. Jadran N. Kresnica, Firstborn Son & later Lord of the House, would also not hatch a dragon, but would tame his mother's she-dragon Skya later in life after Helenana's death

The Dragons Hatched by the Royal House Kornascre -

Skya, who was hatched at the very end of the 6 Conquering Dragons era, by the 2nd Princess Helenana L. od Kronascre, who would later become the Lady of House Kresncia

Rayzyx, who would be hatched by Dalibor II, Crown Prince & Dragon's Heir, later the third King of Dracondia Scre

Cynder, who would be hatched by Svetlana, 1st Princess of Dracondia Scre

Havel, who would be hatched by Imrich, 2nd Prince of Dracondia Scre

Zeleno, who would be hatched by Samuel, 3rd Prince of Dracondia Scre

Asha, who would be hatched by Riško, 4th Prince of Dracondia Scre

The Royal House also had a 5th Prince, Tadeáš, but he would fail to hatch his dragon egg & would tame Aerolon as a young boy

Skya

Skya was actually the first dragon of the next generation to be hatched, & a royal dragon to boot. She was the mount of the 2nd Princess Helenana L. od Kresnica, before she was married the lord of House Kresnica, & was also first to be hatched of Rozefyre's broodline. Her coloration was that of a bright yellow, with red membranes along her neck & tail, white horns around her face, red eyes & small detailing of black. Skya was expected to be of the same make & build as her mother, so was not expected to be suited for flight until much later in life or battle at all. However, Helenana's strong bond with Skya, proved otherwise & allowed her grow quite quickly, making her able to be rod within a few years. There is some debate as to whether Skya is a dragon of the first generation, as her rider was apart of the first generation of New Dracondian Dragonriders, or if she was the start of the second generation, as she was not hatched along side the other dragons of the first generation on Old Dracondia. Skya lived a long 201 years before her passing, having had 3 riders in total(including Helenana) & left behind what would become the standard of the Rozefyre broodline: a clutch of 3 eggs

Daemamyx

Daemamyx was the next to follow after Skya, though was still many years younger then the she-dragon. He was from the broodline of Valrgon & Aerolon, & the mount of Lord Alfonz R. Black, who would become the Lord of House Black later on. Daemanyx held a light brown coloration, which became a pale brown on his underside, with orange eyes. His wing membranes with a fixed brown color, with dark grey horns around his head & his claws being of a similar color. He was also most known for the hanging skin on his neck, which would vibrate when he roared. House Black often likes to try & rewrite history, saying that Daemamyx was a pure black colored dragon of Valrgon & Senčnokrilo's brood, as he is House Black's most well known dragon. Daemamyx served as the mount of 6 other riders of House Black, including another Lord of the House, & lived a longer lifespan then any of the 6 conquering dragons, 244 years old. He was also a war time dragon during those many years, seeing his riders into combat & bringing them home safely on many occasions & was one of the dragon involved in the ambush & killing of the she-dragon Cynder. Such is why House Black tries to rewrite his lineage as the most honored one of dragonkind, & recolor him as the namesake color of their house.

Evax

Evax followed shortly after Daemamyx, hatched by a year apart from each other, as was her rider, Lady Mirjam B. Black born by a year after her older brother. The she-dragon was one of Rozefyre's 3 offspring she left behind before her passing. Evax had a mostly pure orange coloration, including orange eyes, but with hints of white in the horns around her head, neck, back & at the ends of her wings. There is no outstanding facts or history to Evax, aside from a mention she enjoyed stealing sheep from Dracondian farmers to feast on. For some reason, this is yet another dragon that House Black tries to recolor as a black dragon to suit their house standard name. It's unclear when Evax died or how many riders she had after Mirjam, but she was known to have laid the 3 clutch of eggs the Rozefyre Broodline is known for.

Duke

Duke was expected to be a she-dragon, as he is one of Rozefyre's 3 offspring, & the other two has already hatched & shown to be female. As such, he was given to Lady Ajatana F. Kresnica, only for everyone to be shocked the dragonet within was actually a male dragon. Duke was of a deep red coloration, with orange wing membranes & a large amount of black spikes along his body, as well as having a black pointed tail suited for combat & impressive black horns on his head. His eyes were known to be red as well. He was a very regal looking dragon, so many believed the name of Duke befitting of him. He bonded with his rider all the same, starting a belief that the gender of both the dragon & his rider is not a factor when forming magical bonds. Duke & Ajatana were actually one of the few in House Kresnica that had a strong bond in the early years of the House's history, & many believe it was because of their matching regal personalities. Both Ajatana & Duke were the firstborns of house Kresnica, the firstborn child & firstborn dragon, as such, many expectations were placed on their shoulders, doubly so as three other members of the family fail to hatch their dragon eggs, & they were molded to fit the parts to befit them. Both dragon & rider saw much time in battle, even after Ajatana's death, Duke would be claimed by other riders of house Kresnica & would leave a clutch of 3 eggs behind with his mateship with Valrgon & another 3 with Vallei. He would die later, being the second of two dragons that would be killed by the she-dragon Cynder, after Duke's then-rider challenged Cynder's then-rider to a duel.

Vallei

Vallei was the mount of Lady Ivana Y. Black, a she-dragon of Valrgon & Aerolon's broodline. Vallei was a of a lighter red coloration, with yellow wing membranes, a white underbelly & a mixing of black & white horns along her head. Red spikes also ran along her spine & she had bright yellow eyes. There is little known about Vallei, other then her being described as a 'lazy & wonton dragon', which apparently fitted Ivana perfectly, as she was called 'The Lady of Sleep' & was believed to have spent more of her life sleeping then awake; something that irked the rest of the Black Family to no ends. Vallei lived a very long life, of almost 300 years, one of the longest of dragonkind, & gave birth to many egg clutches from her mateships with Vritrax, Duke, & other younger dragons.

Nerayx

Nerayx was the mount of Lady Frančiška A. Kresnica, a she-dragon of Vritrax's broodline. She had a build very similar to that of Senčnokrilo, making some believe that she was actually from his broodline instead. Her coloration was a deep green, with hints of brown on her neck & wing-membranes, her horns were a deep grey & her eyes were a jade green. Nerayx & Frančiška were a pair who were notorious for having a strained magical bond, as the she-dragon & her rider did not agree on most things. When Frančiška wanted to go for a fly, Nerayx did not & would refuse to take to the sky, when Nerayx did want to fly, she would often leave without word or disregard she rider's command not to move. Frančiška's inability to control her dragon made her the laughing stock of the Big 3 Families, & she often yelled out her woes to Nerayx, resulting in screaming & roaring matches between the two. Nerayx would later form a mateship with the much younger dragon Sapphire, both resulting in both dragons no longer listening to their riders, & many clutches of eggs being born between the two.

Rayzyx

Rayzyx was the second royal mount of the second generation, & was the first dragon of Valrgon & Senčnokrilo's broodline to be hatched. He was the mount of the second Crown Prince of Dracondia Scre & third King, Dalibor T. od Kronascre II; who named after his Grandfather. Many were hoping that the offspring of Valrgon & Senčnokrilo would produce a dragon with a black coloration like his broodfather's, but were surprised when Rayzyx appeared with neither black or red scales as him primary color, but instead bronze scales for his primary with only spots of red, with traces of white on his underbelly & blue along his wing membranes; his eyes were red. He was mostly known for the third horn that stuck out on his forehead & cured backwards. Rayzyx was called 'The Bronze Fury', as he was to become no stranger to war times throughout his life, even as a still growing dragonet, he was often involved in his rider's squabbles with his siblings & their bonded dragons.

Cynder

Cynder was the mount of 1st Princess Svetlana H. od Kronascre, & was from the broodline of Valrgon & Aerolon. This she-dragon's coloration was a deep purple, with a magenta underbelly & wing membranes, as well as white horns around her face & blue eyes. The 1st Princess was the only daughter the Dragonlord would ever have at the time, as thus, she bonded extremely heavily with Cynder & adored her beyond measure, the only other female the princess had in her life besides her mother, resulting in Cynder growing the fastest of the second generation. Cynder was once regarded as the 4th & then 5th largest dragon in New Dracondian history, but has sense been knocked down from both titles. Svetlana was often caught in the middle of the fighting between her 5 brother, & was the only one who could dismantle the fighting without it coming to violence, & that was in no small part because of Cynder, whom stood loyally by her rider's side when possible; if the 5 brother's love & protectiveness for their only sister did not stop them, Cynder's imposing figure & ear piercing roar did. Cynder also fought in wars later in life, including a civil war with her second rider, in which she is successfully killed two other dragons & their riders(in two separate battles), before dying herself in another battle by being ambushed by four other dragons at once, one of which included one of the 6 conquering dragons, Vritrax. Cynder has hench been called historically as 'The Monster that Scared other Monsters'.

Oranžnokrilo

Oranžnokrilo was the mount of Lord Srečko I. Black & of Valrgon & Senčnokrilo's broodline. Oranžnokrilo was name both, for his primarily orange coloration & after his broodfather. He also had pink horns & spikes going down his spine & tail, & bloodshot red eyes. He was a very thin & slender dragon with a small wingspan, making him more of a flyer then a fighter. So while he had no the size that made him an ideal war-time dragon, he did have the speed. While most of his life, he has no outstanding feats, especially while under his first rider Srečko, he was later remarked as one of the four dragons used to ambush & kill the she-dragon Cynder. Oranžnokrilo & his then-rider were famously used as the bait the lure Cynder & her then-rider away from the battlefield & into the spot of the ambush, as Oranžnokrilo, then later in life, was to small & shift to reliably be caught by the much larger & slower Cynder.

Havel

Havel was the royal dragon hatched from one of the two eggs from Nasiluna, & was the mount of the 2nd Prince Imrich Z. od Kronascre. He was a large white dragon of mostly that single shade of white, safe for the slightly dark grey of his wing membranes & his azure blue eyes. He was called 'White Death' in his prime, as he would become a well experienced war dragon. He once held the title as the 5th largest dragon in New Dracondian history, but has sense been knocked down from that title. Like with the other 4 princes & their dragons, Havel was there for Imrich while he got into often arguments with his brothers, & stood fast to defend him, expect for when Svetlana & Cynder appeared, or when Riško & Asha were present; as all of the royal dragons were terrified of Cynder & Asha was his only brood-sister, whom it seemed he could never bring himself to harm. After Imrich, Havel would have 2 other riders, & it is with his third rider he would die with, as three other dragonriders would bring them down from the skies together during a civil war. Havel would die at the age of 102, leaving no eggs behind.

Zeleno

Zeleno was a royal dragon of Valrgon & Aerolon's broodline, & the mount of the 3rd Prince Samuel A. od Kronascre. His coloration of a bright green, in which he was named after, being nearly entirely green, safe for the ends of his wings being a pale yellow. It's believed he is a rare dragon that inherited his coloration from his parents, the parent in question in this case being Aerolon. Zeleno was like other royal dragons of the time, in which he participated in the feud between brothers that the 5 Dracondian Princes had, one of which was his rider. Samuel had no particular love for Zeleno, & was noted to have wished he had his Eldest brother Dalibor's dragon Rayzyx instead. Because of such, it's believe the 3rd Prince had a lacking bond with his dragon, & thus is why Zeleno was such a small dragon through most of his life. Zeleno did not take another rider after Samuel, & instead spent the rest of his years with his life-long & much bigger mate, Asha.

Terrax

Terrax was the mount of Lady Katarina C. Kresnica, & was of the broodline of Vritrax, the first of this bloodline. Terrax was a green scaled dragon, whose coloration become a pale yellow on her underside. She had yellow eyes & had black horns atop her head & at the crown of her wings, she was most known for these black horns, as she has two twin horns on either side of her head & an extra third one as her nose. Having those nose horn made Terrax unable to smell anything, & it was seen as a deformity among dragonkind. She was remarked as being quite small under her first rider, but was quite large by the time she was claimed by her second rider, & was considered a candidate for one of the 5 largest dragons in New Dracondia. Terrax was an impressive wartime dragon with her second rider, during a civil war, making use of her nose horn, as she would ram into other dragons to severely wound them. She was one of the four dragons used to ambush the she-dragon Cynder, using such a method on the large purple monster. Supposedly, Terrax slammed into Cynder so hard at one point, the force broke her nose horn, which would contribute to her death a few months later.

Sapphire

Sapphire was the first egg of the she-dragons Skya's to hatch, making him a descendant of Rozefyre's broodline. He was the mount of Lord Lenarj W. Kresnica & was specifically choose by his mother Helenana for him. He was named after the gem by which his coloration matched, as he was a perfectly all blue dragon. Sapphire & Lenarj had difficultly getting along, as Lenarj was over-eager & stubborn, while Sapphire was lay back & calm. Because of this, Sapphire often ignored his rider's orders & did as he pleased instead. This only worsened after Sapphire & Nerayx becomae mates, in which they often completely ignored their riders & only acted in each other & their own interests. The two dragons ended up having many egg clutches together

Asha

Asha was the royal mount of the 4th Prince, Riško R. od Kronascre, & was the second of only two eggs of the she-dragon Nasiluna. Asha's only brood sibling was Havel, & the two shared the primary color of white scales, but like Havel, Asha was a far more colorful creature, having black scales on her underside & horns, as well as black dotted about her body. She also had a very rich pattern of white black & red along her wings, as well as red neck membranes & a trance of red scales along her face; caped with red eyes. Asha is often called 'The Beauty' for being one of the most beautiful dragons in history. Where her brood brother had no eggs, Asha laid a few clutches in her time with her life-long & much smaller mate Zeleno, assuring the Nasiluna broodline continued, but would take no other riders after Prince Riško. She died at the ripe age of 187.

Candifyre

Candifyre was the final dragon of the second generation, from Vritrax's brodline. She was named for both her light red coloration, & to honor Rozefyre, whom her rider, Teoij H. Black, adored the story of. The she-dragon sported soft blues on the back of her legs, wing membranes, the middle section of her tail & around her face & horns. Light red spikes traveled down her neck & the base of her tail, while her tail ended with the shape of a fish's tail. Not much is known about Candifyre, other then she as known as a small dragon with large wings, making her more fitted to flying then fighting, & that she was a very gentle dragon. Her life ended tragically early, as she was killed by Cynder during the early years of a civil war in Dracondia; the first of two. Historians debate if Cynder killing Candifyre was a tragic accident or purposeful act of malice.
