i think i’m having a hypomanic episode ruh roh
#also fun fact for the mutuals / beloved followers who happen to actually read my personal posts my gf who is literally a licensed therapist#and also just from common sense because i’m already Litwrally diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder#we both came to the conclusion it’s bipolar type instead of depressive#took a lot of being in denial because i do this abt every single thing i am diagnosed with to where i’m like no i can’t have it i can’t#both because of being formally misdiagnosed by literal psychiatrists AND mistakingly self diagnosing when i eventually realize despite#in depth research and consulting i am wrong….#what was my point with this … umm basically i hesitate to diagnose myself i’m extremely hesistant bc of all that#but as my gf said this doesn’t even change my diagnosis just the flavor of it#but it explains A lot and i have 100% have had hypomanic episodes a lot but never knew what they were#because they’re different from full on stereotypical manic episodes#i don’t feel like explaining but my gf explained it very well to me#anyways i’m talking so much in these tags tl;dr i have hypomanic episodes &#have bipolar type schizoaffective#🐱
