चैतन्य भारत न्यूज प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने 19 जून को चीन के साथ सीमा पर चल रहे तनाव को लेकर एक सर्वदलीय बैठक बुलाई थी। इस बैठक में पीएम मोदी ने यह दावा किया था कि, 'हमारी जमीन में कोई न घुसा है, न घुसा था।' प्रधानमंत्री के इस बयान को लेकर कांग्रेस के पूर्व अध्यक्ष राहुल गांधी ने आरोप लगाया है कि, 'पीएम ने चीन के आक्रामक रवैये के सामने देश की जमीन सरेंडर कर दी है।' राहुल ने कई और भी सवाल खड़े किए थे। जिसके बाद शनिवार को प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय द्वारा सफाई दी गई है। It was made clear (in yesterday’s all-party meeting) that this Government will not allow any unilateral change of the Line of Actual Control (LAC): Government of India Statement https://t.co/lSHi9L59je pic.twitter.com/wUtZ29oZhH — ANI (@ANI) June 20, 2020 पीएमओ की तरफ से साफ कहा गया कि 'भारतीय क्षेत्र में कोई घुसपैठ न होने' की बात को तोड़मरोड़ कर पेश किया गया। प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय द्वारा जारी बयान में कहा गया है कि, 'प्रधानमंत्री की वास्तविक नियंत्रण रेखा पर भारतीय सीमा की ओर चीनी सेना की कोई मौजूदगी न होने वाली टिप्पणियां सशस्त्र बलों की वीरता के बाद के हालात से जुड़ी हैं।' पीएमओ ने कहा कि 'सैनिकों के बलिदानों ने ढांचागत निर्माण और 15 जून को गलवान में अतिक्रमण की चीन की कोशिशों को नाकाम कर दिया।' पीएमओ ने बयान में कहा है कि, 'सर्वदलीय बैठक में प्रधानमंत्री की टिप्पणियां गलवान में 15 जून को हुई घटनाओं पर केंद्रित थी, जिसमें 20 सैनिकों को जान गंवानी पड़ी। प्रधानमंत्री ने हमारे सशस्त्र बलों की वीरता और देशभक्ति के लिए श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित की। प्रधानमंत्री की टिप्पणी इस संदर्भ में थी कि हमारे स��स्त्र बलों की बहादुरी के बाद एलएसी पर हमारी सीमा के भीतर कोई चीनी मौजूदगी नहीं थी।' बयान में कहा गया है कि 'भारतीय क्षेत्र कितना है यह भारत के नक्शे से स्पष्ट है, जिसके प्रति यह सरकार दृढ़ता से संकल्पबद्ध है। कुछ अवैध कब्जे के बारे में सर्वदलीय बैठक में बड़े विस्तार से बताया गया कि पिछले 60 वर्षों में 43 हजार वर्ग किलोमीटर से अधिक जमीन पर किन परिस्थितियों में चीन द्वारा कब्जा किया गया है, जिससे यह देश अच्छी तरह से वाकिफ है। यह भी स्पष्ट किया गया कि यह सरकार एलएसी के एकतरफा परिवर्तन की अनुमति नहीं देगी।' पीएमओ की ओर से कहा गया है कि, 'सर्वदलीय बैठक में यह जानकारी भी दी गई कि इस बार चीनी सेना कहीं अधिक ताकत के साथ एलएसी पर आई। यह भी स्पष्ट रूप से कहा गया था कि 15 जून को गलवान में हिंसा हुई थी, क्योंकि चीनी सैनिक एलएसी पर संरचना खड़ा कर रहे थे और इस तरह के कार्य से रोकने पर मानने से इनकार कर दिया।' प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय ने कहा, 'यह दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है कि ऐसे समय में प्रधानमंत्री की टिप्पणियों पर अनावश्यक विवाद पैदा किया जा रहा है। जब वीर सैनिक हमारी सीमाओं की रक्षा कर रहे हैं। सर्वदलीय बैठक में राष्ट्रीय संकट के समय सरकार और सशस्त्र बलों के प्रति अपार समर्थन मिला। हमें विश्वास है कि प्रोपगैंडा के जरिये भारतीय लोगों की एकता को कम आंकने का प्रयास नहीं किया जाएगा।' Read the full article

Total global military expenditure rose to $1917 billion in 2019, according to new data from the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI). The total for 2019 represents an increase of 3.6 per cent from 2018 and the largest annual growth in spending since 2010.
