Chinese state-sponsored hackers targeted Indian electricity distribution centres near Ladakh over the last eight months, reported a private intelligence firm 'Recorded Future' on Wednesday. ''In recent months, we observed likely network intrusions targeting at least seven Indian State Load Despatch Centres (SLDCs) responsible for carrying out real-time operations for grid control and electricity dispatch within these respective states. Notably, this targeting has been geographically concentrated, with the identified SLDCs located in North India, in proximity to the disputed India-China border in Ladakh," the group said. New Delhi:चीन के विस्तारवादी नीतियों और भारत के साथ सीमा विवाद को लेकर उसके अपने ही अब जिनपिंग (Xi Jinping) सरकार पर सवाल उठाने लगे हैं। चीनी सामरिक मामलों के एक विशेषज्ञ ने कहा कि कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी ने भारत की सामरिक शक्ति को गलत आंका है। जिसने भारत के 1962 के जख्मों को भी ताजा कर दिया है। भारत, अमेरिका, जापान, ताइवान, ऑस्ट्रेलिया और फिलीपींस से एक साथ तनाव बढ़ाकर चीनी नीति नियंताओं ने भारी गलती की है। तनाव कम होने के आसार नहीं चीन के सामरिक विशेषज्ञ शी जियांगताओ ने एक लेख में कहा कि भले ही भारत और चीन ने सीमा पर तनाव कम करने को लेकर रूचि दिखाई है। लेकिन इसका कोई संकेत नहीं मिल रहा कि यह तनाव जल्द खत्म होने वाला है। दोनों ही देश सीमावर्ती इलाकों में अपने सैनिकों और हथियारों की तैनाती को लगातार बढ़ा रहे हैं। पेइचिंग और दिल्ली के बीच बढ़ी दूरी उन्होंने कहा कि चीन के इस कदम से पेइचिंग और नई दिल्ली के बीच दूरी और बढ़ रही है, जिससे वैश्विक स्तर पर चीन के लिए बुरे हालात बनने वाले हैं। भारत और अमेरिका अपने सामरिक सहयोग को तेजी से बढ़ा रहे हैं। इससे चीन के लिए खतरा और बढ़ता जा रहा है। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि अगर चीन ने सीमा पर तनाव नहीं बढ़ाया होता तो भारत और अमेरिका के बीच सहयोग इतनी तेजी से नहीं बढ़ता। भारत-चीन द्विपक्षीय संबंधों पर गहरा असर चीनी राष्ट्रपति शी जिनपिंग (Xi Jinping) और उनके शीर्ष राजनयिकों ने पिछले दो वर्षों में भारत-चीन के बीच द्विपक्षीय संबंधों को एक अभूतपूर्व स्तर तक बढ़ाया था। लेकिन, सीमा पर बढ़ते तनाव से दोनों देशों के बीच विश्वास में कमी आई है जिसका असर आर्थिक संबंधों पर भी देखने को मिल रहा है। इसलिए चीन ने भारत से लिया पंगा शी जियांगताओ ने कहा Read the full article

" અખબારી સચિવે જણાવ્યું હતું કે પૂર્વી લદ્દાખમાં ભારત અને ચીન વચ્ચે ચાલી રહેલા સરહદ વિવાદ અને તનાવ વચ્ચે અમેરિકા પરિસ્થિતિ પર નજર રાખી રહ્યું છે. તેમણે એમ પણ કહ્યું કે અમેરિકા તેનો શાંતિપૂર્ણ સમાધાન ઇચ્છે છે. પ્રેસ કોન્ફરન્સ દરમિયાન જ્યારે આ સંદર્ભમાં પ્રશ્નો પૂછવામાં આવ્યા ત્યારે મેકકેનેએ કહ્યું કે, ભારત-ચીન સંબંધોમાં આપણે પરિસ્થિતિ પર નજર રાખી રહ્યા છીએ. રાષ્ટ્રપતિ પણ આ પર નજર રાખી રહ્યા છે અને તેમણે કહ્યું છે કે ભારત-ચીન સરહદ પર ચીનનું વલણ ચીન દ્વારા મોટા પાયે અપનાવવામાં આવેલા આક્રમક વલણનો એક ભાગ છે. ચીનની આ ક્રિયાઓ ચીની સામ્યવાદી પાર્ટીનો વાસ્તવિક ચહેરો છે. છેલ્લા સાત અઠવાડિયાથી પૂર્વી લદ્દાખના ઘણા ભાગોમાં ભારતીય અને ચીની સૈન્યના જવાનો સામ-સામે આવ્યાં હતાં. આ પછી, 15 જૂનની રાત્રે, ગેલવાન ખીણમાં બંને દેશોના સૈનિકો વચ્ચે હિંસક અથડામણ થઈ, જેમાં ભારતના 20 સૈનિકોએ જીવ ગુમાવ્યો. ચીની સેનાને પણ નુકસાન પહોંચ્યું હતું, પરંતુ તેમના વતી હજી સુધી કોઈ માહિતી જાહેર કરવામાં આવી નથી.

તે જ સમયે, ચીની આર્મીમાં પણ કેટલાક સૈનિકોનાં મોત નીપજ્યાં છે. બ્રૂકી ઇન્સ્ટિટ્યૂટના વરિષ્ઠ ફેલો તન્વી મદને કમિટીને જણાવ્યું હતું કે મેની શરૂઆતથી, એલએસી પર બંને દેશોની વાસ્તવિક સરહદ પર સ્થિરતામાં ફેરફાર કરવા માટે ચીની સૈન્ય દ્વારા સતત પ્રયાસો કરવામાં આવી રહ્યા છે. તેમણે કહ્યું હતું કે, ચીની આર્મી અને કોરોનાવાયરસ રોગચાળાની આ ક્રિયાને અસર થઈ છે અને તે ચીન પર ભારત, અમેરિકા અને આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય સ્તરે અસર કરતી રહેશે. મદને કહ્યું કે ઓક્ટોબર 2019 માં જ્યારે ચીનના રાષ્ટ્રપતિ શ્રી જિનપિંગ અને ભારતના વડા પ્રધાન નરેન્દ્ર મોદી મળ્યા હતા, ત્યારે તેઓએ બંને દેશો વચ્ચે વધતા સહકારની વાત કરી હતી, પરંતુ આ બંને કારણોથી સ્પષ્ટ થાય છે કે છેલ્લા કેટલાક દાયકાના પ્રયત્નો પછી પણ બંને દેશોના સંબંધો ખૂબ સ્તર અને સ્પર્ધાત્મક હોય છે, જે કોઈપણ સમયે સંઘર્ષમાં બદલાઈ શકે છે.
