Lady Ebony had not paid a visit in some time, her nose buried in scrolls and viciously interrogating the man who turned her heart so black. But she was not herself. Her normal, confident glide was a quick, tense stride as she entered the throne room. And Tirritus was not by her side. Her tail flicked beneath her skirt, eyes dark as she glanced at Cromwell and addressed Alexander. "... you wanted to interrogate Carlos? Your wish is granted." It was barely noticeable, but there was a hint of desperation, "If you're free... you can return with me." Her body turned to walk to the door, but paused as she stood side facing to Cromwell. Reaching into her coat, she brought out an old tome. "... Tirritus wanted you to have this, in case......." her ear gave a small twitch. Clearly, things had escalated. Pushing the beautiful book into the butlers hands, she strode from the room before he could turn it down.

The sudden visit from Lady Ebony herself had caught the draconian off guard. But her stride and tense aura immediately had Alexander uprooted from his throne and at her side. He knew what this was about, and seeing Tirritus not here made his heart wrench.

"Absolutely my lady, I will leave with you at once. Enough is enough, I will get that bastard to talk." He growled, ears pinned.

Cromwell heard everything, and was surprised by the gorgeous book handed to him, but his ears lowered as he looked at the Queen's back as she strode away; a lost for words.

"T-Tirritus?" he spluttered, taking a look at the book's cover. He had no idea what it was and had no time to ask but he would guard it with his life if it was his friend's wish. He watched the two monarch's take their leave with haste and the drabbit bounds after them, his emotions breaking for the first time in a long while.

"Sires, please...what's happening? Where's Tirritus???"

Hannah is sleepy, she's rubbing her eyes trying to stay awake.

Quietly entering the king's chambers, Kitt approaches Alexander's sleeping form. In her arms, she brought a wrapped parcel which contained a freshly baked mincemeat pie that she had made earlier, which she left on the table. Coming up to her beau, she gently smiles before brushing a few stray locks from his face. The felinoid then leans in and begins planting soft butterfly kisses all over the dragon lord's face.

It would not take long for his nose to start twitching, it was keen and very sensitive. He hummed pleasantly at the scent and the feeling of little soft kisses on his scales as Kitt began to kiss him all over his face. He rumbles and moves his hand to remove his sleep mask, tired but happy eyes looking up at her.

It seems Neophytos' latest adventures were very rewarding.

At first he was confused by a skeletal figure dragging a large and healthy looking sack with them towards the king. He was pretty sure Cromwell had made it so the bones that rested in the castle dungeons were unable to reanimate. But upon closer expectation, this little creature was...familiar.

With a small tired grunt, Kitt manages to slowly and steadily sit up in the bed. It was rather uncomfortable .. And when she reached up to touch her face, she immediately felt the small bandage on her cheek. Humming in confusion, the cat woman then looks down at herself and notices that her whole torso and chest were wrapped up in bandages. "What in the ..?" she whispers to herself before tenderly touching the wrapping. It was then that her eyes widen in realization as lightening quick pieces of memory flash through her mind. That's right! .. She remembered now! ... The lava! .. The fight! .. The trickster! ...... Alex!!

In a near panic, Kitt looks around before her eyes settle on the dragon lord's sleeping form right next to her. Seeing Alex, her instinct was to instantly get up and reach for him. "Alex!" Kitt weakly called out. However, when she did so, her body instantly retracted back as she winced in pain. She let out a small yelp before falling on her back, holding her torso and mildly curling into herself.

Although her broken ribs had mended .. Thanks to some healing magic ... The flesh and muscles were still very bruised and sore and would take a bit more time to heal.
