No, there are definitely performances. There are the main ballroom performances and then smaller stuff throughout the other floors.

In this video Erica Luke depict the course of rotting using stop-motion animation and face paint. Thought the video, “rot” is just 33 seconds, it starts with a long girl who’s face increasingly blackens.  The rotting really starts at 0:07, giving viewers time to adjust to the healthy young face of the girl, who is soon begins to resemble a ghoul, by using liquid eyeliner on her upper-lid, black lipstick on the curve of her lips, and black nostrils. The black makeup expands and grows from her eyes, lips, and nose to encompass most of her face. At the 17 second mark, her face is covered with white paint that looks like a skeleton, and her neck and collar bone are made bones.  The leaf next to her head is representative of time, as it starts to shrivel as time goes on— embellished with sound effects.  My favorite part of the video is when the girls eyes open at the end and she chomps down from the dead… like a skeleton is about to eat you!

Erica Luke is a young artist based out of London. She creates illustrations, props and films.  Most of her work includes anthropomorphized animals, floral images and females rooted in nature.

If I had to venture a guess about the Agnes character, I would guess it was Agnes Sampson not Agnes Naismith. There are patient files on the 5th floor for Agnes Sampson so that would make more sense to me.

Do you know who the performers on the 5th floor during inferno were? They were great, but I didn’t recognize anyone. Also, at one point one of them kept screaming “agnes”- was that supposed to be Grace?

I believe the 5th floor included Marc Cardarelli as the Fortune Teller, Alec Funiciello performing magic tricks, and two women playing “Maria” and “Agnes” who I didn’t get close enough to to recognize.  

The 4th floor Rep Bar and Paisley Sweets were graced by Ginger Kearns, Mallory Gracenin, Debra Zalkind, and Rebecca Robertson, and Gino Grenek doing some pretty amazing sexy dancing in Malcolm’s office. 

The 3rd floor was a spider installation that included Emily Oldak, Evelyn Chen, Marissa Maislen, and Ryan VanCompernolle.

And the ballroom included Grace McClean and Stephanie Amoroso singing various characters (Hecate, Caroline, a spider queen��) Adam Griffith was Malcolm.  The dancers in the ballroom were Evan Fisk, Amadi Washington, Parker Murphy, Jenna Saccurato, Kacie Boblitt, Andrea Farley Shimota, Nate Carter, Tony Bordonaro, Ingrid Kapteyn, and Bre Shortand and maybe more. Doug Burkhardt was dancing in the lobby and then later in the ballroom.

Please note:  It’s REALLY difficult to recognize people under wigs and makeup, so some of this may be wrong.  There are at least two of the female dancers in the ballroom that I couldn’t recognize. Please comment if you know who they were! (Thanks @atoddswithmorning!)
