DMA Class project 7 - Happy Accidents

Blog 5 - Reflection

What went well I think the idea is quite innovative - watching the same video with different story through different filter at different time. Also, with the understanding of Anaglyph 3D from previous project, it inspired me to have this idea.

What could have been better I can add more incidents to the plot, in order to make the story longer and more complete. I may also consider to film the clips by myself instead of downloading online, in order to make the story more coherent.

What have you learnt I have learnt there is an art style called "Double exposure 3D". Also sometime when we are creating some art, we can think out of the box, and create some engagement for the audience which lead to different outcome.

Stathis Tsavalias, also known as Insane51 is an artist known for his intricate and ever-innovative spray painting that pushes the ideas of graffiti. His more popular works though, surrounds his usages of overlay murals. Insane51’s works can be found on their collaboration with URBAN NATION on Project M/13 in 2018.

As a teenage art enthusiast Stathis Tsavalis, aka Insane 51, wandered around Athens admiring the walls and began writing graffiti himself. As an incredibly talented young artist @mural_form reports Insane 51 painted his first mural in 2006, and constantly experimenting with new techniques he has perhaps become best know for his "Double-Exposure 3D" compositions. This large-scale wall was painted in 2018 on the side of @TheHanoverTheatre at Federal St in Worcester, MA for @PowWowWorcester  If you get there to see it try to get your hand on some 3D glasses to capture the whole effect.  @insane51/
