After taking this photo of the kumquat trees new growth the baby wanted to see if any of the kumquats were ready to eat. When I went to check one came of really easy almost fell off on its own. We tried some more and got two more. They were so delicious! This miniature Bok Choy in the wagon has started to grow flowers and soon will go to seed. I want to start trying to harvests the seeds from the Hedou Bok Choy plants in order to grow more. It isn’t easy getting seeds for this plant because it’s rare.
