The top of the umbrella plat has officially come off so I think it is safe to say it really is a dwarf umbrella plant. The way it was growing we weren’t sure and thought maybe it was labeled incorrectly. This strawberry plant wasn’t growing and all of the other ones were way ahead of it. I found a slug and put it in its pot to eat all of the dead leaves and roots. After taking this photo of the kumquat trees new growth the baby wanted to see if any of the kumquats were ready to eat. When I went to check one came of really easy almost fell off on its own. We tried some more and got two more. They were so delicious! This miniature Bok Choy in the wagon has started to grow flowers and soon will go to seed. I want to start trying to harvests the seeds from the Hedou Bok Choy plants in order to grow more. It isn’t easy getting seeds for this plant because it’s rare. Three kumquats where ready today and the baby was quick to pick them and I almost didn’t get a photo of them he wanted to eat them so bad. From Seed to Harvest this blog is June’s list of plants and how long they take to grow before needing to be harvested. This list helps us know what we can and can’t grow based on what we are already growing and what we want to grow. Basically we rotate our plants and as new ones get harvested we plant new ones in their place. The wild sage I found in the avocado plants pot is growing fast in its own pot. I am still not going to eat it because you can never be to sure what it is but it looks great.

Got a chance to plant this lovely oregano plant outside an it is doing beautifully. Our little one loves putting fresh oregano on pizza before baking it, and everyone loves it now. We all know when he gets out in the garden everything he harvest is either going on a fresh made pizza or in a salad.
