"Everyone, please make some room!" Dr. Derek Stiles was ushering the gathered crowd aside, trying to squeeze through the throngs while carrying his medical bag along with him. Turning back, he called to his companion. "Angie, I need backup here!"

"Yes, Dr. Stiles!" The young blonde nurse gave a nod in response, having to shove through people herself. "Everyone, please move! Give Dr. Stiles some room!"

Finally the crowd had thinned out enough for Derek to get through, although he's blocked by a blonde man standing in front of him. Reaching up, he tapped the man's shoulder several times.

"Sir, if you'll excuse me, I need to get past so I can examine the patient. I'm a doctor, I'm here to help."
