Once the mind reaches beyond the point of any distraction, your senses are heightened, you are deeply focused and totally absorbed by the flow. Time may feel like it has slowed down. You are fully present, here and now, completely at one with the task, allowing the effortless movements. The flow state is accessible to everyone. Under the right conditions, everyone can become fully immersed in any practice. In my classes and workshops, I teach how to relax the body and mind, tap into meditative awareness, to be fully present, improve your focus and activate the unwinding stretch process.
