There's a bit in voices from the grave (iirc) where brendan hughes talks about reading biographies of certain sinn fein members he had very conflicting feelings about but other than that idk. can I just say though also that the emotional whiplash of seeing the first ask followed by the relief of seeing the second one was crazier than any rollercoaster ever built

Comically niche complaint to have but it's really funny how many films about the 1981 irish hunger strikes will have the main character's hair inexplicably not grow at all over the course of the film so they don't have to look, you know, like they were actually not cutting it for years on end
