No I haven’t seen the whole thing anywhere yet. I saw one brief clip on facebook, but it cut off before the song really got going. Tbh, before you asked, I hadn’t looked for it. I wanted them to play this song so badly during the Buckvie tour. It annoys me that she’s finally doing it again–without Lindsey. I’m reading a lot of reviews that her voice has been shaky on this one so hopefully someone records it later in the tour when she’s had more practice singing it. (Side note: her voice is still heaven if a bit pitchy at times. She’s 75, fam, cut her some slack.)

another night.

another lonely night.you stand in the cold,dark room alone,again.you are looking through the window as if you are waiting for something or more like somebody.it is almost mightnight so this means he is coming home soon,hopefully.you know where he is and you know that he is not alone.it’s been a while since you had a normal night with him and you don’t even remember the last he said ‘i love you’ and you still love him. when you first met Mark you thought he was the one.He was sweet,very gentle and funny - you really beleived your relationship would be real and maybe even you two would even get married.Sadly, you were a big dreamer.After almost of year of dating Mark started acting differently.He rarelly huged or kissed you. You thought he was just nervous because of work but when he began comming home with a smile on his face and still telling you how much works he has, you knew he was doing something behind your back.Once while he was showering, his phone rang and after that he received a message.You knew you should not do this but you unlocked his phone and saw the message “babe are u comming tonight?? <3” and then it hit you. you put the phone away and started rethinking everything and when mark went out of the shower,he took his phone,he smiled and said “baby ive got work all of a sudden,dont wait for me i’ll come back home late” that was all he said before he left.but you waited for him and when he came home you pretended to be asleep.and this scene started repeating. he had “work”, you waited for him then pretended to be asleep.months passed by, his behaviour was getting colder and you still loved him and blamed yourself for everything. you think that if you were good enough for him, he wouldn’t cheat or if you were more pretty, he wouldn’t get bored of you, you thought everything was your fault,but you were wrong.so damn wrong. today isnt any different day,here you are waiting for him,again. you knew that soon the time that he would leave you is comming so you wanted to get as much as you could get from him.you hear the familiar car parking in front of your house and you quickly go to the bed and lay on it facing the door.You heard his steps and lightly closed your eyes.When Mark entered the room, he just stood up there and you could feel his eyes burning your back .he goes to his side on the bed and sits,his back facing yours. “ i know that you are not sleeping y/n “ - you hold you breath - “ and i know you know that i am with another woman” he pauses and the silence filles the room. you feel your tears comming but you don’t let them fall. you don’t move or respond,you just stay there trying to fall asleep, Mark lays on the bed to but he stays as far as he can from you. ��i’m sorry” he whispers but one “sorry” cannot fix anything.in the morning Mark wakes up alone in the cold room.You are gone.
