i fucking FOUND IT!!!!! i stumbled on the Original First Angelo just SITTING THERE in my google photos despite the fact ive checked it a million times before. also, there’s a prototype ist at the bottom, along with myne (who is cropped out)

here’s some modern myne. i haven’t posted her anywhere online until now mostly because i’ve had no need to, and my OC Online Activity is hard to follow and Clogged Full Of Useless Stuff as is. but myne is one of ist’s biggest supporters, a cait sith who serves as one of his 3 familiars. that’s right. ist has FAMILIARS!!!

Myne was summoned forth by Ist before he became Heavenless, a witch with a soft spot for Ers and pity of Ist, the two of them entered a Familiar contract as insurance she would do her best to keep harm away from Ers while Ist would head out to try and earn a living. she’s the closest person to Ist and Ers, and is probably the only person Ist considers a proper friend without any reluctance before the Six Monsters.

as it usually tends to happen, some rambling under the cut

i’ve been revisiting the concept of 'straychildren', initially intended to be introduced in I AM GARY, being the potential product of the class of relics (is this the first time i’m actually talking about relics on here?) which are able to harbour wills of their own, (heirlooms) that hold the unique potential to subsume canvas energy by weaning off their user, all for the purpose of 'becoming complete' (seeing as relics themself are all but incomplete lumps of latent canvas energy able to manifest in a more meaningful form) leading to 'heirloom blossoming', a state where a relic is able to to 'properly come to form', typically disturbing fate and causality within a plane, much to the tune of sinai being birthed from primordial pools. straychildren are walking natural disasters whose very existence threatens the stability of their plane, sentient piles of existential irradiation who eat away and rewrite the very lines of destiny so cherished by the conductors. tldr; it’s cool shit!

on revisiting this concept, i was like, wow, straychildren are as cool as always, but they’re purely theoretical existence, seeing as rigel and spica are heirloom killers in the plane that holds the greatest abundance of heirlooms which are already a rare existence as is. Until i considered: what’s separating someone like Omecroth, a treasure automaton who has reached the peak of treasury, being classified as a Relic Automaton from being considered a heirloom? the answer? one was created by paris, and that’s it. there is NOTHING stopping omecroth from blossoming into a straychild. if anything, that’s probably what omecroth WANTS at the end of the day; if sheNs on the hunt destroying inferior treasures and relics, isn’t all that canvas energy she’s picking up on the way eventually going to cause her to undergo heirloom blossoming?

so, i think i’ve started to fully recognize the potential behind omecroth’s character arc within stories containing the 6 monsters. i think that’s neat!

i also wonder if i should change the name of straychildren seeing as the kpop group straykids is now a thing. I dunno! i’ll work something out, even if that 'something' is settling for nothing! thanks for reading this far why would you do that this is nonsense

i’ll try to keep this ramble briefer than usual since i work tomorrow. it’s strangely easy for me to forget that mr lord demiurge, one of my favorite ocs, has a granddaughter who is just as cool to me as i find him. i don’t think much about sweet little baby lucille these days and honestly, it’s a bit of a crime.

this is her new design which oh my god is leagues better than her fuckass bob. not much to say about it aside from RIP fuckass bob. very proud of how cuted she is

it’s quite funny to me how nameless asura and nameless rakshasa (also known as ravana and kumbhakarna respectively) were created for the express purpose of supporting her character, and yes these days the one who gets my attention is fucking nameless rakshasa. The unimportant one of an already unimportant trio. in the lore (or rather for the former character who is currently Him) he was supposed to always be away with lucille’s father BUT NOW THAT NOVEKHRYS IS LIKE, AN ESTABLISHED CHARACTER, THAT MEANS KUMBHAKARNA IS ACTUALLY IMPORTANT INSTEAD OF BEING SET DRESSING!!!! in fact WAY more important than lucille and nameless asura!!!!!

like oh my god. he’s a member of CROSSROADS now and somehow fucking ist granthiev is made to be and feels like the odd member out. You’re busting my nuts dude

but whatever. i still love lucille. i’m ready to hyperfixate on her again. i’m considering putting her into in shadows in some way but honestly i’m not sure how the timeline plays out there. the children of demiurge have purposefully complicated timeline of events business because i hate myself so i dunno of that’s even possible. i’ll think about it. she probably won’t do much if she is, like being relegated to an unnamed character in someone elses backstory.

i guess that’s sort of the main reason i dont think about lucille much is that she’s straight up just living normal style with her familiar and doesn’t have much of a need to get involved with anything. i’ll probably end up shoving her in insiders here and there since demi loves his little grandbaby so much. i mean she’s the second user of the eden rose after all, which demi wouldn’t even give up to his bestie metatron. that alone shows how much he loves her!!!!!!!! Take your granddaughter to work you old fucking coot!!!!!! Show her some cool shit!!!!!!
