I would like to remind the Phandom that Freakshow was a ringmaster and not a clown. I would like to remind specifically the DP/DC crowd that Danny doesn’t have any canonical reason to hate clowns, nor was there any indication at any point in the show that he disliked clowns.

#this isn’t meant to throw shade or anything and it’s not directed at anyone in particular #it’s just that as a former clown it makes me sad to see so many beloved characters shown with a fear of clowns #it especially makes me sad when the fandom assigns a hatred of clowns #to one of surprisingly few cartoon protagonists who didn’t have one in their show #I’m all for Danny rocking the Joker’s shit #but it can be because the Joker’s a serial killer and not because he’s a clown‚ he’s not even good at being a clown #danny phantom #dp x dc #dpxdc
