Listened to a romance audiobook over the course of 3 days. Since it was a wlw romance i had hoped it wouldnt be mediocre. But alas it was
#i love romance but idk about the current state of the romance genre ngl#it feels like fanfiction w the amount of tropes in there but w/o the attachment to previously established characters it just doesnt land#so like. the emptiness of fanfic like stories but w characters u dont care about. bc the writer doesnt establish them well#ugh.
