Okay I wasn’t gonna rant but Imma have to rant. First of all I’m confused on how everyone accepted chase’s apology and moved on from that when he said in my opinion worse things and like he can grow and change but for whatever reason Elaine can’t? Idk it’s just sus to me. I know that as a privileged white girl in American I just can’t understand how hurt some people were by what she did but I just can’t fathom it being so terrible that she deserves all this constant bullying. If anything, bullying someone on the internet is more likely to make them more spiteful than make them want to be a better person so i just truly don’t understand. And also, taking a sponsorship away from her... isn’t going to solve racism like I can’t even express how inconsequential she is. Literally just a celebs gf trying to live her life she doesn’t owe any of us anything yet she still posts content of Rudy for us. (Which people complain abt bc its “flaunting” but ajdhsjhd do you want the content or not?) also I can’t imagine what’s it’s like for Rudy to know she’s going through this (I’m sure she’s extremely upset) and like knowing that it’s because she’s dating him that she’s even in limelight enough to get all this hate (and she was getting hate long before any of her “racist past” came to light, I remember it) and not to say that there aren’t people going through worse things but.... there’s always someone going through something worse... that doesn’t make the emotions people are feeling any less valid. ON the topic of Rudy tho... his post made my day so much better ☺️ I KNOW he knows exactly what he’s doing and is quietly showing his support of her and quietly telling the haters he doesn’t care what they think and ya know what that’s very sexy of them 😌 I am sending them all the good vibes for their trip (and hoping for more pics to feed my rulaine loving soul) I have once again left a giant rant in your inbox 💀 my apologies, have a lovely day 🥰

The difference between Elaine and every other “problematic” person out there that gets off the hook - and boy are there many - is that she’s Rudy’s girl. Period.

The sponsorship thing really is just the tip of the iceberg of an avalanche of hate thrown her way, & it scares me that her life is actually truly impacted so much by the words of these trolls. And yeah, people hated her early on just for being around the cast without being famous.

I worry so much about her because even people who can handle hate well tend to break down when their loved ones are impacted. And Rudy losing followers/opportunities and her family being attacked because of association to her must kill her inside.

And exactly- I’ve tried to say this many times today but it needs to be repeated: your problems are valid even if other people have it worse. And my personal judgment is that nothing she’s done is remotely as harmful as what’s being done to her.

God bless Rudy. He knows EXACTLY what he’s doing. He doesn’t post much but he does lurk a lot and he’s very perceptive. I’m so glad he’s being supportive without giving haters the attention they crave. Extremely sexy of him.
