man i wish i had liked the northman more :(
#the surreal aspects where really cool#i think this is the first movie where the myths are real and tangent parts of the world#idk how to word it i’m a bit drunk#but man the characters really didn’t interest me much sorry#i liked the lighthouse i liked the witch idk idk#i don’t think it’s a bad movie it’s just not a movie where you’re supposed to like the characters it’s an old saga yadda yadda#i just think they where a bit…flat..just a bit#please never ask me to follow up on my opinions👍#this movie DID make me want to fight to the death and die a gruesome way to go to valhala so…#it just felt lacking in certain aspect i really liked in Eggers other movies making this way less enjoyable#oooh and the romance was. so bad.
