obsessed with tomatoes lately, especially tomato sandwiches. baked a loaf of soda bread because i didn’t want to wait for dough to rise and i wanted a tomato sandwich. with some lettuce and mayo or avocado and some sprouts or something..... unbelievable

#i used to haaaaate tomatoes as a kid omg now tomatoes are my best friend #it was all just food aversion though. i got super sick after i ate spanish rice once and didn’t trust tomatoes for so long #now i can eat them like apples. my mom did that when i was a kid and i was like what the Fuck.#but now i get it. a tomato and some salt what more do you need #anyway i put a bit of rye in my soda bread and it’s sooo good. unorthodox but i’m lovingggg
