So I had a thought earlier, what if the Licorice Sea has a mermaid that’s basically the sovereign of the sea, sort of like Black Pearl with the Duskgloom Sea?

But perhaps instead of this mermaid snapping and going crazy like Black Pearl, they got corrupted by some force, turning them into a mindless beast, and in turn it affected the rest of the sea, making it the way it is now?

On a slightly unrelated note I wish there was a “rate this blog” option when you unfollow a blog. I think it’d be really funny to get the occasional anonymous unfollow notification with feedback like “one too many scorpnok posts. Unfollow” or a simple “not funny anymore. Sad :(“

Are you optimistic about season 26?

Season 25 and Streaming Wars had their moments, but overall the delivery of ideas felt lackluster. Much like the last 2 years, I expect a running theme. Essentially, the season won’t really be a season per se, but acts as narrative buildup interspersed with side episodes—though they will loosely connect to the season—leading up to the 2 specials airing later this year. It’s a solid game plan on paper, but s25/SW was super dodgy. I feel the saving grace was Tolkien’s renaming, and Cartman’s whole hot dog arc thing that just got set up. I know Randy was given competition (finally! the little resistance and pushback to his hijinks has done serious damage to his character) but really the biggest takeaway I’ve seen from fans/merch is stuff from Cartman’s arc. (cartitties).

However, I feel Matt and Trey have been revitalized by the concert, Casa Bonita’s opening, and their deepfake deal. It’s a double edged sword though, because now Mattrey are juggling the opening of a restaurant, production for the video game, their deepfake studio… I’m worried their attention will be divided and affect the quality of the story this season.

TLDR: Very mixed feelings, though not quite approaching cautiously optimistic… I expect the fresher ideas (HotDog) to get sidelined and Randy will remain in focus.

when i went to the dispensary a woman was taking signatures to get an amendment for the state medical cannabis law on the ballot this next election! it would extend the license renewal, allow general practitioners to certify patients, a few other great things i agreed with that would help start breaking down barriers to total drug reform so i signed, but wow i was shocked at the low number of signatures. dozens of people are in and out of there every day, i’m sure many are also registered voters. hopefully they’re set up at more dispensaries and get more signatures, an internet search says 1,000 is sufficient!

Maybe I’m just being crazy, but you know, Caramel Arrow kind of does look like she could be the kid of Dark Cacao and Second Watcher

I mean, the browns and general eye colors more resemble Second Watcher, but the black in her hair and like the vibrancy of her browns could be attributed to Dark Cacao. Plus she has white eye lines (what are they called?) like Dark Cacao

I’d say the biggest hole is the fact that Caramel Arrow has a noticeably lighter skin tone than either of them, but like…other than that I’d say it’s not a ludicrous idea

Or again, maybe I’m just being crazy. This isn’t like, speculation for the game, it’s just me saying that she kind of looks it to me
