sometimes you have to wake up, experience the horrors, and then decide being awake just isn't worth it and go right back to sleep
#personal#thoughts#🍬 post#we accidentally slept for nearly 8 hours but now after 4 hours of being awake I think I'm done. sleepy time#our sleep schedule has been completely fucked for over 2 weeks because of stuff that's out of our control#but it's basically like if you kept accidentally falling asleep at around 5pm and waking up at some point between 10pm and midnight#and then you try to sleep some more to get back to normal but people keep waking you up at like 4am for stuff#our body is not coping with this at all and it's kind of just making us permanently irritable and disoriented#it's a miracle we've been able to keep track of stuff like actually taking our meds and even then our schedule for that got fucked up too#anyway I'm also annoyed about some stuff that happened a couple of hours ago and I don't want to deal with it so I'm gonna try and sleep#vent post
