How do u like to make ur rice and beans? What kinda beans?? Ngl it sounds good but I’m just imagining a can of baked beans 😅

omg. its pretty basic! i make mine in an instant pot but i saute onions and jalapeños, then use brown rice, black beans, diced tomato, cumin, chili powder, garlic, salt, pepper, lime juice, and vegetable stock. after its cooked i mix in fresh green onion and cilantro, and then garnish with more fresh cilantro, green onion, jalapeño, and lime as needed when i serve it up ^_^
