I wanted to post this with Zhongli third? fourth? rerun and I think I managed that? I hope? Wishing that tumblr doesn't give me problems once again with the tags once more... This is a rewriting of my old work, originally posted on @/severnrsstuff (now severnr0ses).

He doesn’t mind nor care. Zhongli goes around doing work with you attached to him like a koala at his eucalypt tree and he is just like “yes, my lover is an affectionate one, I love them very much. Why? Do you have a problem with that?”

Zhongli is completely fine with cuddling, hugging, kissing, everything. Nor does he care about being in public, but I can see him being much more “professional” when in public or at least trying to

If you decide to snuggle him when you two are in public Zhongli isn’t going to move you away or anything, he is super chill about it and would be very confused as to why other people are looking at you two weirdly

Like??? It’s your way of showing your love towards him??? What do they want-

Perhaps he would ask you, so gentle and caring, to tone it down a little bit when you two are in public, even if he feels bad about it and you can definitely use your puppy face a bit to make him feel even worse (and it's fun to see him being a little bit more panicked than usual). But it’s not like to he told you to stop!!

Zhongli would feel bad if he moves you away from him when you act more affectionate with him, he would try to win you over again by buying something for you (in hopes that he remembered his childe wallet)

Seeing you being so openly affectionate with him makes Zhongli feel very happy and soft inside, every time you snuggle with him Zhongli will always give you a little kiss on the cheeks or forehead, say how much he loves you, and caress your face

In private he’s much more cuddling: you wouldn’t need to start cuddling in private that much, since Zhongli often hugs you first (especially if jealous but shshhs you didn’t hear it from me). He’s, surprisingly, very affectionate! Hugging, kissing, caressing, holding you closer, everything. Although very tame and gentleman-y in a way? Like he has this calm and collected aura while he strokes your back that you don’t understand where it comes from...

Most of the time, however, you have to initiate it. Especially in public, private it’s not so common. During the day he is a very busy man, working and all, so you might feel a bit... Neglected, considering how he seems to act so caste when other people are around

Pout a little bit about it and Zhongli will notice it, chuckling slightly and calling you a needy baby. He might tease you a little bit; kissing you everywhere except your lips, hands slowly caressing your side while he calls you once more a needy baby, always in need of his full attention otherwise you throw a little tantrum

Don’t worry he won't do it for long, just to see you pout a little bit more because he finds it so so cute :((((

He’s probably more cuddling when in bed; both before sleeping and after waking up. Zhongli likes to sleep with you in his arms, usually telling you an old story from when he was Morax or something that happened that day, gently caressing your back while he has his eyes closed

Good luck with trying to get up when you are between his arms, he won’t let you go. Use him as a pillow, or mattress, but don’t leave or you will hear Zhongli muttering still half-asleep, to not leave or he’s getting angry

When Zhongli wakes up he likes to hold you even closer, gently kissing your face while whispering “good morning” and smiling happily. Will probably not let you go up easily and “force” you to stay in bed with him a little more, kissing and cuddling before having to get up

Mordred was lounging in Florenetta’s common room, scrolling through MagiCam and whatnot on his phone when Kallistê burst into the dorm. Mor let out a soft ‘oomph’ when she tackled him, staring down at the short girl with surprised eyes.

“Not that I mind, but what brought this on?” he asked, giving Kalli head pats as she shoved a letter of sorts in his face. He squinted at the paper, moving his face back slightly to read the words properly.

“You know the photography competition I entered the other day? I won!” Mor blinked in slight confusion, before his eyes widened and a grin spread across his face. No wonder

“Well, I suppose a reward is in order…” he trailed off, a mischievous smile on his face as he looked at how adorably confused Kalli seemed to be. Carefully, he swept her bangs upward before pressing a light kiss to her forehead.

Always a curious thing, Em would instantly be intriguied by Kalli if she ever sees her use her unique magic. Because of this she would develop a habit of often looking at mirrors absentmindedly thinking if Kalli is inside one of them or can see through them

He’s a bit slow on the uptake but how he acts on it depends

At first he only sees her as a photographer with plenty of potential. He’s been photographed by professionals, and she could make it to their level, or even become better with plenty of practice and knowledge

Slowly, he finds her kinda cute, maybe a bit like a small animal. Her food is ridiculously spicy but he still puts up with it (even if he has to get a bunch of milk later), and he’s not the biggest fan of sweets either. It’s pretty adorable whenever she gets super concentrated while taking photos...

Once he realises it, he either blurts his confession out immediately or he takes it slow and tries to make sure that she likes him back first

‘Too close-!’ Sam screeched internally, trying to stay absolutely still and hoping that the burning blush on her face wouldn’t give her away. It had been sunny up until a few moments ago, and Sam didn’t think to bring her umbrella.

She didn’t know whether to be thankful for her current predicament or to curse it, however, jumping as Auri huddled closer to her to avoid the rain. The shorter girl was incredibly close...and very warm but that was besides the point. Sam could feel her face and ears burn, and she hoped that it didn’t show on her face. The last thing she needed was for her face to give everything away.

“Are you okay? You’ll get wet if you move further,” Auri asked, causing Sam to panic. Was there any way to explain that she couldn’t handle her idol and crush being so close to her without telling her of her own romantic interest?

“Yeah! I’m fine!” Fuck, did her voice just crack? Sam nervously laughed it off before she went silent at the arm wrapping around her middle and pulling her closer under the umbrella.

“The rain’s getting heavier, let’s hurry back.” “Yeah...”

A letter from Auri. A love letter, to be precise. Placed on her desk an hour ago, or two, she wasn’t sure how long it had been. She would’ve screamed again but she was sure that her roommates were already tired of her having a crisis over a single letter. It had been funny to them the first 15 minutes, and then got annoying.

‘ “You know, if you take too long, your precious Auri might take things the wrong way~” ‘ Her roommate mentioned...

Sam bolted from her room, quickly spotting Auri walking down a nearby hallway. While she supposed that she’d regret her actions later, she ran up to Auri and grabbed her arm.

“Sam? Is something wro-“ The rabbit smashed her lips against Auri’s, before pulling away in embarrassment. She was probably blushing all the way down to her neck, considering how hot she felt.

“Um..! IloveyoutooAuripleasedateme!” she yelled, squeezing her eyes shut before feeling a small hand patting her head a few moments later, and she couldn’t help but mirror the wide smile Auri had on her face.

“I won’t be here every single time to nurse you back to health, you know? Learn to use your brain for once! For all that smack you tell your first years on a daily basis, you sure don’t follow your own advice!” Kalli packed up the leftover medical supplies after she finished bandaging Mor’s wounds, only for Mor to grab her by the arm.

“Yeah, yeah, thanks,” he said casually, pulling her in for a hug. “Now indulge this patient a little and cuddle with me for a bit.”
