Before Plexus: -Moody -Depressed -Weight Gain (230Lbs size 18/20) -IBS -Kidney Stones (in the ER a lot) -Skin issues -Couldn't sleep through the night I used to have Hypothyroidism when I was a Junior and Senior in high school- but when returning to the doctor my blood work was clear and the doctors saw nothing wrong with me. I always knew that the issues with my body were internal and that my body was unbalanced. The fact that I found Plexus was a blessing.. who knows where my health would be today if I wouldn't have found it... I was miserable. I can now say that I haven't had kidney issues in about 4 years! My skin is much clearer and I don't struggle with it like I used to. I can actually sleep soundly and not wake up until morning. I still struggle with anxiety and depression but it has improved in the past years so much that I feel that I am in more control. I just want people to know that I have been on this journey for awhile but my health has benefited.
