ᴡ ᴀ ɪ ᴛ ⇁ is that 𝐇𝐖𝐀𝐍𝐆 𝐘𝐄𝐉𝐈 of 𝐈𝐓𝐙𝐘? oh, that's just 𝐇𝐘𝐔𝐍 𝐄𝐔𝐍𝐁𝐈 from upstairs in apartment # 𝟸 𝟿 𝟶 𝟻. i heard she's 𝐓𝐖𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐘-𝐓𝐖𝐎 and a computer engineering 𝐒𝐓𝐔𝐃𝐄𝐍𝐓 @ 𝐘𝐎𝐒𝐄𝐈. i’m not sure how she does it, but it’s also said she works as a 𝐕𝐈𝐃𝐄𝐎 𝐆𝐀𝐌𝐄 𝐃𝐄𝐒𝐈𝐆𝐍𝐄𝐑 & 𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐌𝐄𝐑 under the tag @𝐞𝐋𝐮𝐧𝐀 [ ʟ ᴜ ɴ ᴀ ]. can you believe that? i think she’s pretty popular too, though i imagine her being 𝐀𝐍𝐗𝐈𝐎𝐔𝐒 & 𝐒𝐀𝐑��𝐀𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐂 doesn’t do her any favors. it’s likely outweighed by her also being 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐏𝐀𝐒𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐀𝐓𝐄 & 𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐄𝐑𝐅𝐔𝐋. should we go knock on her door to find out?

hey y’all! i’m peyton (she/they, 20, cst) & i’m here with moon eunsang, a character i’ve had for quite a while now so y’kno... maybe you’ve already seen him somewhere???? ummm he’s a basketcase in the process of learning how to behave like an average person and that’s really all there is to know about him, but some other info will be below the cut ^^ no pages for now because i haven’t had the time to get them together yet LMFAO

biog

born as the youngest of two boys in a middle class family on feb 9, 2001 - aka he’s a twenty-one year old aquarius! ummm his brother is 6 years older & was always the more outgoing & ambitious of the two

has had anxiety since he was very young but didn’t get diagnosed until later in life, so there were a lot of questions regarding him? why he never played with the other kids, why he was so quiet, why he got so flustered/upset over teachers simply asking him questions in class when they KNEW he had the answer, etc

stuck to himself, got very “comfortable” in solitude tho i would still say he did want to be close to other people, but didn’t know where to start

super intelligent. didn’t do much aside from read & study, so he was always at the top of his class, made perfect grades. the people in his life expected really great things from him, often saying his brain was their ticket to better days - if he could work with his brain instead of his hands, he’d be golden

anyway! he was a mama’s boy, spent a lot of time with her & she always made him feel more normal abt himself or whatever...

lost his mom when he was around ~13, retreated even further into his shell and his grades started slipping. never really came back up

he did sorta cope by fucking around with a guitar she’d left behind and this was the beginning of his love for music ^^^

ummm fast forward! he started making his own music, built up a small following on tiktok under the username “bugluvr3000″ where he tease/s/d snippets of songs he was working on & posted covers - not super active on tt right now because he’s trying to focus on “real life” and take a break from sns... has taken to busking locally tho!

he hardly graduated high school tbh so his family kinda thought he burnt out and that he wouldn’t get into college but he’s currently enrolled in [university tbd, not a good school really so no biggie] as a biology student. not suuuuper passionate abt education, really just went because he felt like he had to and because he knows he can’t count on music to pay his bills - w his current career path, he’s aiming to be an entomologist (bug scientist)

still pretty nervous & introverted, but he’s in a healthy, committed relationship that has helped him feel more grounded / confident and he’s working on feeling capable as an individual too! therapy every other thursday y’all

if anyone’s curious abt his music, i’m drawing reference from goopy & boyhood! he des experiment w his sound quite a bit in private, has many many many demos on his laptop that will never see the light of day because they’re underpolished and overplayed but idk i think he’s really trying to find his niche

his anxiety is a big part of the reason why his music hasn’t actually taken off yet - he does busk & he occasionally posts his songs online, but when he starts doubting himself, he goes through “dry spells” where he won’t perform and he deletes most of his stuff. insecurity holds him back for suurrre but also i mean it’s not like he’s the next justin bieber or anything

works part-time jobs here & there to keep the bills paid. gravitates towards oddball jobs like costumed mascot work, setting pins at bowling alleys, cleaning rollerskating rinks - anything that’s to-the-point and not super social. can’t hold a job, has gone through 37 job interviews (and counting) and still gets nervous every time.

working on being more social. goes to parties/goes clubbing on occasion but 9/10 times he gets overwhelmed and has a breakdown in the bathroom so yknow it’s really just self-sabotage at this point!?!?!?

ummm detailed ideas coming soon tbh but people who follow him on tt, casual fans of his who always stop & watch him busk, some guy he met in a club bathroom and eunsang was crying so ur chara started crying too because of how stupidly drunk they (both) were, other students he studies with often because they go to the same spots anyway so Might As Well, someone he walks home from work because he’s usually free & they mentioned not feeling super safe??? whateva!

hey everyone, im looking forward to being able to meet and plot real soon, but for now, here's a quick rendition of junsu. if there's any plots underneath the link that you feel like fit, feel free to message me. i'll try to come and say hello otherwise if you leave the heart colored!

resident sleepy boy— hardly rests due to frequent nightmares and so he always looks like it, too, and probably is always holding a coffee in hand. his fingers, too, are probably always stained with some kind of ink.

grew up as an only child, he still keeps in contact with his parents even after he moved out for college. his mom's lullabies he learned when he was younger are one of the few things that can actually get him to sleep.

went to college for an art degree after spending years drawing his dreams and nightmares after their tormenting frequency, and during school, started posting regular updates for a webtoon named DREAM PACT, underneath the alias of NIGHTINGALE. it follows a character named seonyul and his cat, coffee, trapped within a universe where he isn't sure if he's dreaming or awake. full of elements of fantasy and horror that's inspired by own dreams, it's something he's continued to update since its start in 2020.

he works for a manhwa magazine underneath his real name, and still keeps both of them separate. everything he posts underneath nightingale is more personal, a therapeutic way to express his dreams, just like all of his overflowing notebooks have been over the years that he still keeps jammed into a bookcase.

usually operates underneath odd hours, up during the night and barely during the day. he's more used to things this way— can often find him wandering the halls and rooftop when he needs a break to smoke or find some sort of inspiration.

he's usually quiet and keeps to himself, though he opens up slowly once he gets to know someone. usually never mentions his own manhwa and brushes it off as work for his job instead. just because he's quiet doesn't mean he isn't up for adventures— he appreciates a certain kind of chaos, and admires people who are straightforward.

he moved into his apartment quite soon after he graduated, so he's been in the building for about a year. if he ever sees any stray cats around, he has a habit of leaving food out in bowls for them, and often returns to make sure it's eaten and puts fresh out.

some quick plots, other then what i have outlined on my plots page!

muse always tends to frequent the same coffee shop, in which junsu is trying to remain caffeinated and focused, and end up sitting alongside each other in tables frequently enough they occasionally chat. it isn't until quite awhile into it when they both happen to leave at the same time and realize they live in the same apartment building.

{ tw: drinking } college friends? junsu didn't put himself out there much in college, but he did tend to frequent parties and bars just to have somewhere to be, and often, to try and inspire himself for another chapter of his manhwa. maybe they drank together or had a shared class, but they bump into each other one day to find out they live here and proceed to catch up. { end tw }

muse recognizes junsu's name on the manhwa magazine he works on and upon sharing that they may enjoy it, he makes an effort to show them some of the rough drafts he has that he's allowed to. maybe they continue to meet up to speak about the issues and the continuing chapters of the manhwas featured in it.

art friends? junsu enjoys traditional art even though most of what he does professionally is digital, but he often uses ink and watercolors on his own time when he can. maybe they meet up to draw/paint in shared silence or while sharing airpods.

hi friends! it’s mars again (he/they) coming to you from my second muse sejun! as always, you can like this post and i’ll send you a message (discord again available upon request) so we can get started for opening! under the cut will be more info about my boy too! 

sejun was born a middle child in a pretty large size family. all his siblings went on to be doctors or lawyers (which is standard practice in his family) except for him, who went on to study art. 

before he went into school, however, he joined the military and it sent his mental health on a major decline but somehow, he made it through. this only made school harder when he applied for university and he began to feel really lost and stressed out. 

sejun’s unfortunately pretty high strung and cynical. he doesn’t really know when to stop and relax so most of the time, he’s on edge. 

tw alcoholism / which is why he has some what of an alcohol problem / tw end

his family has absolutely no idea that he dropped out and he’s trying to keep it that way because he doesn’t want to be the family disappointment x2

so he’s been living in itaewon, in apartment #701 and working a couple jobs as a bartender to stay afloat 

another muse of mine who smokes like a chimney 

he’s also very much into material things and loves expressing himself with fashion so he’s always very well dressed even when he’s hungover and feels like shit

he’s very friendly even if he’s always stressed, very extroverted and loves talking to people and making friends! so if you see him on the roof smoking, you’re definitely able to say hello, he won’t mind

other than that, he has no idea what he’s doing with his life and he doesn’t want to talk about his future plans or anything to do with school or job careers thanks

saem is 26 and lives in apartment 1011

he's a dad but he hasn't seen his daughter in probably three years

he was born in new york city and lived in japan for a few years before coming to korea to become an idol

tw anorexia / sad fact is he never became an idol though because he developed a pretty bad ed and panic disorder and was unable to continue his training (even though he was really close to debut) / tw end

not only was it crushing to have all his hard work seemingly wasted but the main reason he really joined an entertainment company was to get away from his parents

so when he quit he had to fly back to america to live with them which kind of sent him into a deeper spiral of messy emotions

this is when he was nagged to go to school so he went to brown and studied literature for about a year and a half before he dropped out which is when he met his daughter's mother

they were in a pretty bad relationship for awhile so they decided it would be best to split up and things were on relatively good terms until she started keeping their daughter away from him (ie. making excuses as to why she couldn't visit him, etc)

eventually he kind of gave up, not because he doesn't love his daughter but because he felt that she'd be better off without him in some way and would have felt really guilty for putting her in a custody battle

he ended up moving back to korea about two years ago and started working on his own music and producing/songwriting

he now works mainly as a producer for underground artists around itaewon and has made a pretty good name and reputation in the area

saem is a really loyal and hard working person but he puts a lot of pressure on himself to be what he considers a good person so he tends to shut himself away when he thinks he needs to because he tends to feel like a burden a lot

he's pretty friendly otherwise, just a bit shy and awkward !!!

smokes like a chimney, spends a lot of time inside

has cats to cope with his depression

writes a lot of sad music

sometimes gets out to go to a dance studio and practice or to shows to meet his friends

OPENING DAY ANNOUNCEMENT !!!

hi everyone! since we only have one more app till our ten applications mark, we’ve decided to set our opening date, which will be this WEDNESDAY, JUNE 8th, at 9pm cst! (the submit box will close an hour before, so make sure to get it in early to be apart of our first queue.) 

we’ve also decided to allow early plotting for those who’ve applied and have been patiently waiting for our open. so if you’d like to post your intro and follow the masterlist, you can go ahead and do so if you’re on the updated reserves list AND have the main blog following you. please remember to use the tag “itsthq: intro” and happy plotting.
