I finally finished up the Angle quests and hmmmm.
#lotro#that certainly was. a series of events#ive already mostly blown off steam about it in the discord#but i will say that this is not the kind of writing ive come to expect from lotro#one of the key decision makers in the quests climax didnt even have a name????#lotros unique ability to give you no choices about where to go and what to do#but make you somehow still feel like you have autonomy was noticeably absent#it just kind of felt like i was watching a bunch of people be idiots without really being actually involved#the ravaedron stuff was passable tho#ive wanted a quest for a long time with an elf about to sail who doesnt change their mind so i think that saved it for me#and i can see the makings of a really good story there even if it wasnt fully realized#and of course all the fetch quests out of tornhad were nice
