diagnosed with a tight little thrussy (doctor says I have a crowded oropharynx that could be causing sleep apnea)
#this is my favorite doctor ive ever seen he is so validating and genuinely wants to get to the bottom of problems#ive dealt with high blood pressure and fatigue and anemia for years and the doctor i had before was like#'welp idk what's causing that. Lose weight i guess'#but this doctor gave a full physical and asked about my sleeping habits and said 'has no one talked to you sbout sleep apnea before?'#and instead of telling me to lose weight he asked me to talk about my weight#and i said i fluctuate between 240 and 260 but i am active and do not want to intentionally try and lose weight#but that i want to work on making myself feel better - eating better/being more active/etc#and he said that was great and to keep doing what im doing!#i didnt feel talked down to or admonished like. this is wild !!!
