Ok, I know I don't talk about my religion that much, but so you all know this: I am a Christian.

Now that we've got that out of the way, do you like artists like Lecrae, Tobymac, 1KPhew, and Hulvey? My friend from church just introduced me to a relatively new artist-- J22.

tonight we spoke, briefly.

you are always there.

I don't know why. I have always wondered what I have done to deserve this kindness.

there are times when we don't speak for a while. sometimes for a year or longer. then, you reach out, letting me know it's okay. I have been so careful in the past about respecting people's new paths, letting them be where they are without interruption. so they can grow and learn and hurt and heal as they need to. as we all need to. god knows, in thought, I am with people constantly. even if they do not know it.

you have never hesitated. in doing so, you have kept yourself a part of my life. I am beginning to realize how much that has meant.
