doing gold AND jewel tones turned to be a problem on my end, so i did jake w/ b&w photos and suede gold, and josh w/ the jewel tones and b&w photos. hope these are all alright!

Halloween Decor Shopping with Jake

vacationing in the coast of méxico

you and jake spend the morning lounging in the sand. the sound of the waves crashing with the sea breeze calms all the stress the two of you had during the tour. you’re sitting against your small ice chest reading a book while jake holds your legs and his head on your lap. one of your hands is running through your hair and you can hear him hum every once in a while. you look up and admire how calm he looks. the smile a little when you see all his back freckles from being in the sun.

for the rest of the day, you spend it frolicking around the small town you’re staying. you go to all the fruit and vegetable stands to try everything. the two of you can’t remember how many tacos you’ve eaten already. you can see how lighter jake feels when he’s away from the craziness of being a rockstar.

this is completely different from my usual but i just had to! also i wanted to incorporate someone of my culture. 🫶🏻

Christmas Aesthetics 1/4: Jake

🎄 Cozy Classic Christmas 🎄

Jake during the holidays is traditional reds and greens. He's collecting logs and kindling for the fireplace. He's reading classics that are falling apart by the spine and are riddled with creases from dog-earing the corners. He's drinking coffee on the porch in the crisp morning hours. He's the smell of fresh pine and a hint of vanilla. He's decorating the tree with childhood ornaments. There's one that holds a picture of him during his soccer days and another that says "Jacob's first Christmas". He's telling stories from earlier holidays even though you've heard them all before. He's mulled wine and homemade pasta. He's hanging the mistletoe strategically in the kitchen archway so he can lean in for a kiss with every pass. He's warmth and comfort and familiarity.
