Laurie got a role as Cassidy for a new TV series on Mickelodeon called “Mystery High” a show about a girl and a boy finding a mystery about the school Elwood High and Jc got the role of the boy main character named Jackson Greene. And it was the first day on set and when Laurie saw JC she fell in love with him instantly even tho she is married to Danny from NKOTB and he already knew about the show. When Laurie and JC both got on set they read their lines and after filming the pilot episode jc asked Laurie if they can hang out or date and Laurie said Sure and then they started talking and Laurie also told JC that she was in a band aswell called MASIE in which it suprised JC since he was in NSYNC and that’s when they started to have feelings for eachother until both of them confessed their feelings to eachother and they started dating but jc already knew that Laurie was married tho and Laurie knew that Jc was dating someone but they both kept their relationship a secret (but there wasn’t any Devils Tango iykyk) there was just kisses and hugging and they both wanted to keep their relationship a secret for a year until Laurie got pregnant with Trin(Danny is the father btw) and that’s when they had to break off their relationship for a few months (February to August of 2008) until something bad happend when Danny walked in

A suliidő végére megérkezett az igazi kánikula, úgyhogy irány a Balaton! Ha pedig Balaton, akkor Siófok és Plázs, ahol ezen a héten már szerdától különféle programok várnak mindenkit: foci EB közvetítés óriás LED falon, ingyenes szerelemcsütörtökök dr. BRS-sel, de ismét a Plázsra költözik az Aréna háziasszonya, Metzker Viktória is, valamint Horváth Tamás és Dzsúdló is fellépnek ezen a hétvégén a Balaton nagyszínpadán.  Aki teheti, hogy már szerdán a Balaton partjához menekül a hőség elől, de nem akar lemaradni a Magyarország és Németország közötti összecsapásról, az a Plázs óriás LED falán követheti az EB mérkőzést. Csütörtöktől újraindulnak a szerelemcsütörtökök, azaz mostantól minden csütörtökön dr. BRS rendel a legjobb zenékkel este 10-től a Music Teraszon, a belépés ráadásul ingyenes lesz.  Pénteken Horváth Tamás zenéjére bulizhatunk a Plázs homokján, a koncert után az Arénában pedig Metzker Viktória veszi át a Dj-pultot. Metzker Viktória nélkül nincsen Plázs-nyár! Innentől kezdve minden pénteken találkozhatunk vele és vendégeivel az Arénában a nyár legforróbb bulijain. Az idei első alkalommal Viki mellé Lmen Prala, Lennard és Koósz Milán érkeznek. Szombaton Dzsúdló slágerei csendülnek majd fel a parti színpadon, majd a Summer Time partyjával végképp berobban a nyári szünet, hiszen három helyszínen megy majd a hajnalig tartó tánc. Az Arénában Adam Ajkay, Jauri, Metzker Viktória, Pixa, Purebeat, Stephanie és Szecsei játszanak, a Beach-en Barta, Bréda Bia, Czaga, Elektra és Joerjunior, míg a Clubban Gabriel Dancer, R92, valamint Steve Judge lépnek majd fel.  Vasárnap pedig ismét a foci EB és a magyar csapat kapja a főszerepet. y’all-- just have to know-- am I the only one who got OBSESSED with Jo & Laurie after watching Greta Gerwig’s Little Women, but doesn’t ship them?

there is something so insanely powerful & queer (Greta described them as each other’s “androgynous other half”) about their love!! it’s like-- a romantic friendship--physical & warm, yet not sexual (at least in my view).

I feel like Laurie may love Jo in that way, but Jo is maybe asexual or gay or maybe even has a trans journey to go on? or maybe not-- that’s just my view of Jo-- I’m not getting a strictly straight vibe (maybe projecting).

anyway! just had to share. there’s a lot about them I find mysterious & magical & just so. many. feeeelings!

P.S. I just feel like their love is so real, but there isn’t really a name for it or a place for it in their society. they are soul mates, creative partners, queerplatonic lovers...?! there’s something so tragic about them to me. like, just because they don’t fit into the box of marriage, does that mean they can’t be anything significant to each other anymore?

P.P.S. sorry guys just one more thing--

I have this other this idea, if Jo is trans, that maybe Jo does want Laurie romantically, but wants to be wanted back as a man, not a woman?

or, if not trans, Jo is at least quite gender fluid, so maybe when Laurie proposed marriage Jo felt a visceral like AH NO- I am not a wife! Jo’s not rejecting Laurie, but the image of a “wife” that she feels Laurie is imposing on her.
