Outsourcing is becoming a top demand nowadays. In 2019 as per Statista, recent statistics revealed that the global outsourcing market was worth $85.6 billion. This indicates that businesses are now considering outsourcing as part of their strategic business approaches. Companies hire freelancers to sustain business growth.
Freelancers are self-managing professionals who are equipped with technical and competent skills for your business. They have the nature to make your business flourish and be successful. And, they have these "skillsets" that they utilize to make them more efficient and effective. Also, these freelancers are a very trustworthy and affordable business partners. What are freelancers’ skills that make businesses hire freelancers?
Digital Marketing
Social Media Marketing
Search Engine Optimization
Website Development and Development
Content Writing
Graphic design
Video Creation
Sales
Career Advice and Mentoring
Customer service
Virtual Assistant
Accounting/ Bookkeeping
Excel/Spreadsheets
Here are four reasons why every business must embrace freelancers in their business.
1. Cost-effective
Hiring freelancers over full-time employees is found to be a more cost-effective strategy for some business owners. It is because there are tasks that are not common and regular. Thus, you will only hire freelancers when you need some specific tasks to be done at a specific schedule. Also, you don’t need to worry about additional costs for benefits of a regular staff like sick and holiday pay, medical and other benefits. In addition, you don't need to worry about their training and onboarding costs. Plus, there will be no unproductive time with freelancers because they’re inclined to deliver outstanding outputs to their clients. Hiring a freelancer is deemed necessary, especially when a business is just starting up because hiring a freelancer means you can save in terms of staff costs.
2. Access to experts
Every freelancer has a specific niche. So, with numerous years working with their skill sets as their services, their crafts are incredibly professional and efficient. You don’t need to train freelancers because they are equipped with outstanding skills and expertise. Aside from the expertise freelancers own, they will also provide value and excellence to your business. Most freelancers undergo several pieces of training and online courses to sharpen and grow their skill sets. On top of this, freelancers always aim for positive reviews and referrals. And so, they will develop as if your business is their own business.
3. Focusing on core functions
In outsourcing, your business will not only save money but will also save you time. As a business leader who hires people specifically freelancers, you are integrating the workflow of your business. You are delegating tasks. That’s why you will have more time to focus on major business functions. To hire freelancers means to improve your business productivity and efficiency.
4. Flexibility
Uncertainties are imminent; thus, hiring freelancers allows your business to have flexibility in terms of hiring staff. When there’s a need for additional staff, hiring freelancers is the best option. You don’t need to train, you don’t need to pay for health benefits and insurance, and the contract will end when the project is done. Outsourcing is one of the effective ways to get access to experts while saving money and time. Also, it is a way to increase the productivity and efficiency rate of the business. Freelancers are diverse professionals. That’s why if you need to outsource from distant places, you don’t need to worry because they work remotely. Now that you learn the very reasons why businesses hire freelancers, are you ready to find one? Since you are here, why don't you visit JExcell Marketing, and let's discuss more on how we can help in providing you with the best solutions for your business. We’re happy to have you as our business partner soon.

jExcel - Webに埋め込んで使えるExcel風表計算
from http://www.moongift.jp/2017/04/jexcel-web%e3%81%ab%e5%9f%8b%e3%82%81%e8%be%bc%e3%82%93%e3%81%a7%e4%bd%bf%e3%81%88%e3%82%8bexcel%e9%a2%a8%e8%a1%a8%e8%a8%88%e7%ae%97/
