11-21-18 prolly overdid it.

while my period hasn’t hit, the pms crankiness is gone, which means my hormones have probably flipped over. which might mean no more acne breakouts for a little while. 

so I put on the Ordinary peel  over where my breakouts have been, and then the JJyoung steam mask  before hopping in the shower. so a peel and a scrub... might have over done it. ah well. cleansing milk to soothe everything down, b3 serum, snail lotion and a moisturizer that smells like kale. 

I gave in and tried the “Raven” essential oil blend for my sinuses. it’s minty! I diluted it in a few drops of my farsali beauty oil and rubbed it on my face, massaging over my sinuses to try and help them stop hurting. it feels good on the back of my neck too. if nothing else, the minty smell helps me feel better. 

it might just be a red lipstick night. works for me.
