As someone who frequents the circles where these leakers hangout, I just wanted to say that the person who used to run that Twitter account is indeed stepping away; however, I believe it was for personal reasons related to the culture surrounding leaks being very toxic and annoying.

Bungie hasn't sued people like this in the past, evidenced by Ginsor's very public and still very active reputation as a leaker and dataminer. Now that they're under Sony, I'm not sure if that'll remain the case, but there's nothing that suggests they'll pursue action against the leakers at this time.

Also, the account in question has been handed over to a new manager that will keep the account active, and Ginsor is also still active, so leaks will not be going anywhere.

That being said, blocking the people posting leaks is a good place to start to make sure you're protected. @/DestinyTwoLeaks and @/GinsorKR are the main perpetrators. @/joshhunt is also a big one from this most recent round of spoilers. Block those people for your own sanity if you don't want leaks!
