Kakyoin never complained about high pain days. When his prescription didn't even touch the pain he'd been experiencing his 7th day into this Morioh investigation and suggested the hospital in the most casual manner, Jotaro felt a sharp stab in his stomach. Kakyoin had been doing a lot on this investigation, a lot of walking, a lot of standing, a lot of... other activity. He was normally more cautious of overworking Kakyoin when they took jobs together, Kakyoin himself was pretty much on top of managing his pain.
