I’ve been working on abstract characters for literally months. I say hours and hours@but those hours are stretched over a few months. Finally had an epiphany last night and knew what inward going to paint complete with how I would paint the eye, nose, lips. I picked out themes and names to@go with the characters no th is is the first one. Meet “Shirl withPearls”. She loves pearls, tea and red wine. She is an old fashioned kind of girl. “Blue Dreaming” This was fun! I adore Navy blue and the lovely shades when various amounts of white is added. This artwork is all about texture and dreams. My dreams are often shades of light and dark and swirling from one scene to another and very vivid. I thought this was a lovely way to convey them and I had to pinch my husbands tile tool to apply the paint with texture. SSHHH! Don't tell him! Available in my @bluethumbart abstract shop.
