Just to talk a little bit about blue whales because they are my favorite marine animals! Did you know that a blue whale can weigh up to 130,000 – 150,000 kg? Possibly more than that! And did you also know that whales weigh up to 400.00 pounds and that is like carrying 33 elephants? And its scientific name is balaenoptera musculus, and his conservation status since blue whales are in danger of extinction (.°- 3 -°.)!!
(this is a spoiler, a spoiler for the first cap of Fantasy Weirdos and also because i like so much blue whales or jumpback whales)

THE FLOOR CLAW ATTACK IS SO ANNOYING Like the phase 2 claw attack is... manageable. Just jump and dash. But the phase 3 claw attack is a NIGHTMARE.
My strategy for Miriel has basically become staying at the very edge of the arena and using Eleine's spirit to hit her while being outside the range of all counterattacks except the ball explosion which is really easy to dodge Then when Phase Three happens I go Balls to the Wall stun aggression (Using Umbral Knight, Guardian Siegrid and Floral Sorceress) while using Last Rites for Invulnerability
and yeah, Hoenir is just... annoying, but he's an expert of getting cheap hits in on me when I get impatient so I have a tendency to come out a bit worse for wear
Honestly I'm not sure why I struggle so much with Julius, I just do. He's the one responsible for most of my deaths I think.
Ulv is probably responsible for the second most of my deaths, but fuck I love how aggressive he is since I tend to be equally aggressive in turn He leaves himself extremely vulnerable to punishment when he does his Slash/Jumpback/Forward Slam (or Slash/Slash/Jumpback/Forward Slam) combo and that's where I get most of my damage in
Though I think the only bosses that are outright easy for me are the Guardian Sisters and Eleine
Have you done the Boss Rush in Ender Lilies?
Yes, I have. I mostly die to Ulv, most of the other bosses aren't too bad for me. If I don't die, he usually sucks up a few of my heals.
I'd check my best time but I'm lazy. Maybe later.

"The idea is to remain in a constant state of departure while always arriving." 😉 Here's a short video of movements to help develop control for learning jumpings. These kind of hop-and-switch jumps bring a sense of lightness and play to the practice. Learn with bricks so there is more height for arms and space for legs to move. Then try in double time picking up the pace. Use momentum to jump back with both legs straight and arms bent into Chaturanga Dandasana. Flip onto the tops of the feet (at the same time) and push up to Urdhva Mukha Svanasana! 😆 Stay tuned to your body. Stay inspired by your practice. Next week I'll post a video breaking down the classic jump back to Chaturanga Dandasana with support. It's a very energizing pose when done with conscious movements. Thanks for watching 💙🙏💙 Feel free to share! There is always a hidden strength that can be accessed inside of us. Even when it looks like there is no more, there is always that willing power somewhere inside that works like a sparkle which enlightens anything we expose to it. In the practice of Ashtanga, the Vinyāsa between each posture, works like that sparkle that keeps the fire to stay alive. The Agni(Fire) is always inside, though it has to be accessed. The vinyāsas allow us to tap into that inner fire and so not only physical toxins but emotional toxins start to arise to be burnt. In India it’s very common to burn garbage (a practice I dislike a lot). When they put in the fire a piece of garbage, at the beginning when it starts to burn, there is a strong and very discomforting smell coming out. There’s something similar happening with the practice. Some dense behaviors and tendencies start to arise so they can be burnt, behaviors like the 6 poisons: desire (kama), anger (krodha), delusion (moha), greed (lobha), envy (matsarya) and sloth (mada). To face our dark or dense inclinations feels discomforting, as it does to smell the garbage burning. Why this happens? Because we are constantly pulled out of our comfort zone and beyond our imaginary limits, so our natural tendencies start to arise. Have you ever being fighting with a posture (anger) during the practice because you can’t “do” it properly? Or maybe have you feel so craving to achieve a specific posture (desire)? Or maybe you have felt like you can’t do one more vinyāsa because your body is too heavy (sloth)? These are our natural tendencies. Discipline for a long time and with a truthful heart towards that which we are practicing, helps in the process of burning those tendencies. It doesn’t happen in one day or one year, it happens like a dropper. One must be patient but specially, compassionate towards our own process! . . . 📷👉🏽 @fotosbyboca #ashtangayoga #vinyasa #yogapractice #sadhana #jumpback #agni #transformation #practicekindnessandcompassion https://www.instagram.com/p/BvUANn5leOM/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=19rt6yqai05bo

Beginners guide; Pick up and jump back😭 So..... I am 100% no expert in this area! But I'm just sharing whats worked for me to get me to where i am right now. Which is jumping back with socks 🤣 If you're looking for the super duper jumper backers you're on the wrong page 😭 But hopefully the tips I have so far will help🤗 After my 8 weeks of sloth life I really wasn't sure I would even be able to manage this so I surprised myself to be honest. And it is worth pointing out that I didn't lose any sleep or no one died because I couldn't jump back so really it's not a life changing transition. But it sure is fun to work on and if you ever join an ashtanga class they do come in handy (if you're allowed use props 😩) But at least knowing how to approach/attempt it will help. Using socks or blocks or both here will help 😉 1. Cross your legs at the shins (not ankles) lean back, flex toes(I find pointing them makes my legs too long to pull back between my arms and trust me I don't have long legs 🤣) Round the back and protract shoulders. Keep hands wider than hips. 2. Press hands into the floor just front of the hips. Draw knees tightly into the chest. 3. Lean forward and pick up hips. Kick feet out in front of you first then draw feet back under you. So what if you're feet skim or even rest on the floor. You're only learning so just do what works until you get stronger 4. Lean chest forward, keep lifting hips. Here's where I cheat- I rest my right side hip on my right elbow. It lets me pause a little to leverage that kick back. Not sure if this makes sense but it's a game changer for me. Let me know if it makes no sense and I'll try and explain it. You'll notice I always twist a little when jumping back that's where I'm cheating 😉 5. Then kick back the legs by lifting hips as high as you can. 6. Throw chest forward and legs back. 7. Finish in chaturanga. Like I said I ain't no expert but hope these tips help. If you're using a block make sure it's not too high because it makes the pick up part so much harder😩 #yoga #jumpback #catsjumpbacktips #ashtanga

I’ve been working on this transition from Marichyasana A to Chaturanga and it is until recently I’ve started to feel it flows a little more effortlessly, though there is one side which comes easier than the other (my left is easier). Interesting about this transition is how different it actually feels depending on what I’ve eating the day before. Each Asana actually can serve us as a mirror of everything, not only about what we have eaten but about our emotions, about how our mind has been running... This is the reason why even if you practice everyday the same, it’s actually never the same. Our bodies and minds are different everyday, and there is too much too learn about ourselves. Using the physical practice as an amplifying glass allows us to practice observation, self-study, so we get to know who we really are beyond what we have been taught to believe we are. #asana #yogaasana #yogapractice #marichyasanaa #jumpthrough #jumpback #selfobservation #svadhyaya #yogaisequanimity #luanafarayoga https://www.instagram.com/p/BoryNcwHWTf/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=1jbie6y3uxos3
