#dumb stuff#horror movies#the fall of the house of usher#a growing subgenre#and all gruesome in their own way :D#trying to decide the worst one and it might be usher#just because the other two are rather instantaneous or at least it doesn't look prolonged#death by corrosive acid raindrops sounds much more painful than getting cut in half or turbine mulched#i don't think blade counts because yes it's death on the dance floor but it's not framed in the same way these 3 are#killing vampires doesn't feel tonally similar to innocent partygoers getting obliterated by a knockoff saw trap
