kailijumei jelly lipstick.

when this was first released, i saw so many reviews about this pretty lipstick on the internet... it is just sooooo beautiful! like an art. something to look at and feel happy.

anyway, there was also lots of dupes going around.. didn’t know a good way to get my hands on these until i saw them on giftr. it is a site a friend of mine work at, so i gave it a try and ordered a set for myself - minute maid and flame red.

the lipsticks arrived quite fast, after a couple of days and the packaging is pretty nice.. i love how the lipstick case is red with a mirror behind, very classy. and there is a button to press to take out the lipstick from the cover. and it is really really pretty. i love both the flowers, could totally just stare at it and be satisfied lol...

onto the lipstick itself.. i did tried it out... very carefully. XD it is transparent, that’s why you can see the flower.. and when applied, it turns to a glossy bright pink shade, and the color changes a little according to your lips temperature, it’s still pink regardless, just darker or lighter. the concept is very similar to the  it cosmetics’ je ne sais quoi perfect pink duo which i reviewed before.

the different name colors for the lipstick is only for the flower that is inside each lipstick, while the product itself is identical. the texture is soft, quite moisturizing and is definitely staining.. and the stain would last the whole day too, with all the eating, drinking and wiping. pretty good product in terms of pigment and moisturizing effect.

although wearing a bright pink shade is not my everyday thing, i still really like the jelly lipstick, simply because it is pretty and the lipstick case is absolutely beautiful, classy and practical. it is definitely a nice present to give to friends and family too.
